Fine Italian menu, enhanced with an excellent vino selection, available in "quartinos" (essentially 2 glasses). Outdoor dining means absorbing the Tribeca atmosphere.

Nice folks serving terrific classic Italian dishes, lots of wines with great pours, sit inside or out. My eggplant mezzaluna app was huge and fine. The cioppino was gorgeous.

Petrarca is my new favorite place! The entire staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. Emilio and his dad are true professionals and were very accommodating to us. The food is delicious and the ambiance is just as great! I ordered the beef w/arugula small plate and seafood pasta. It was so good that I forgot to take pics lol. I will come here every time I’m in the city.

Very uncomfortable service, expensive, struggling to enjoy my meal, atmosphere was nothing special… unfortunately didn’t worth it

Love it. The salmon agrodolce is just delicious and there is a great selection of wine about which the staff is knowledgeable.

Tried the gnocchi, chicken masala, lentil soup, and shrimp risotto.flavors just didn't pop. Way too expensive to be bland.

Looks great, impressive wine list. We ordered a "simple glass of Tuscany wine and a glass of sparkling water outside on the terrace" ("Do you have that? Yes, we do"). We got a small carafe (0.2l) and a full bottle of sparkling water. We subsequently received a check for 50 (fifty!) USD, part of which was 20% tip which they had added themselves whilst also graciously offering the opportunity to add gratuity as if their first grab didn't count.
I am aware that this all is not exclusively a Petrarca thing, and I know that Tribeca is not known for its cheap places, But I feel that sometimes one has to call this what it is: outrageously expensive and at best very confusing if not greedy billing practices.

Petrarca is my favorite place for gnocchi and tiramisu in the city. I wish they would bring bruschetta back on their menu.

If you want to eat a frozen pizza from the grocery store, you are at the right place. Their pizza is a disgrace to the Italian culture. As an Italian's and travelled many times to Italy, we were insulted to get this pizza. Try another restaurant in the area there is many to choose from that won't charge you 12 $ for a bottle of water.

One of my favorite restaurants in Tribeca. Excellent mushroom soup. Salads and entrees are superb.

Food was OK. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. They ran out of bread after one little bowl and we were 9 people. I order the gnocchi the sauce was disappointing and bland it reminded me of chef Boyarde and the food took over a hour to come when the restaurant was not that busy.

Thr place looked cool and a friend wanted to go as we were across the street at the Roxy hotel.

The staff was attentive and friendly.

The Gnocco tartufo special was good. The gnocchi was soft and the sauce Buttery and decadent. Needed bread to soak it up.
There was a ton of truffle on top. Personaly too much as I like hints of truffle and not so much. Everyone liked this dish. Shared by four of us.

The charcuterie wasn't that great. We felt some of the meats were too salty and woule liked some cheese wiith it. Out fault for not asking for cheese. The wine the waiter recommended was really good and the bottle was $65.

My friends had the tuna tartare and pork Chop and said they liked it.

It was s quick stop so didn't eat a ton.

This place is pretty mediocre. I wasn’t really impressed with much between the food and the ambiance. It felt pretty vibeless, almost like I was in an airport… the lights were super bright for dinnertime and for some reason their AC wasn’t running on an 80 degree evening. The food was overpriced and just average. With all of the amazing restaurants in NYC I would say this isn’t worth the money.
