Truck service shop refused to work on my truck, according to the lady in the front desk, the mechanic was leaving in an hour. All bays were empty.

The gap between the bathroom stall doors and the rest of the restroom is large enough to shake a hand through. Not much for privacy. I connected eyes with the person waiting outside the stall from me and shook hands, his name is Dave and he's travelling from TX to see family in New York. We plan on keeping in touch after our awkward meeting at this restroom. If you read this Dave, it was good meeting you!

I have not sat down to a meal, at a Petro in alot of years.
The meal portions are laughable, for the prices. No more sizzling skillets. The menu has been slimmed down. Not impressed

A 24 hour truck stop that doesn't have 24 hour restaurant availability. Building was clean. But if you want to service the trucking community, need to have better hours for food availability. 7am is a little late to be starting.

This truck stop always has parking there showers are always clean and its right off the interstate. Always great experience

The store and the parking lot are both humongous. There's an awesome little restaurant at the far end of the parking lot as you go away from the Thruway. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Clean and spacious and options. Could use a little modernizing. Kind of feels like a step back into the 80's.

One of the best travel centers on east coast. Parking lot is huge.plenty of room to park for everyone. Showers are very clean liked the fact that there are so many showers so that that truckers and campers can share facilities without having to wait to use the showers. Overall a great experience.

Great truck stop. Hot showers, restaurant walmart and tractor supply nearby. Lots of room to park.

Nothing like attempting to get your spouse some quick dinner. All 4 of the corn dogs they gave me were burnt and hard as rock. Nobody in their right mind would be able to eat these. Terrible. The potato wedges I got had been there for hours as they were beyond rock hard and dried out. Gross.

11pm last night restaurant had to get up and ask the waiter for to go container after waiting a half hour she never offered to refill our drinks she just took our order brought out food out& that was the sum of service we got from her. We paid for parking and got woke up at 7am by the attendant wanting to see my recite for parking.
I wouldn't recommend this truck stop if r looking for quality services.

Truck wash sucked, paid $64.00 and truck was not washed well, still dirty, never cleaned wheels and around wheels on 8-7-18. Will never have truck washed here again. It was a waste of money - will go elsewhere!

Keep up the good work TA Petro! Nice clean showers. Starting to see this consistently around the country.

The restaurant here sucks. Took over an hour to get out food and it wasn't worth eating. Left it on the table and told the waitress to throw it to the dogs. Won't ever stop here again.

Great place lots of spots! Casino will come pick you up! They have a truck wash open 8am till 8pm m-f 9-5 sat 11-5 Sunday!

Would be 5 stars. I'm 200 yds from the building and can't connect to wifi on any of my devices. Not an issue with other truck stops piloting flying machines into the future. It's 2018, I'm still having the same wifi issues that were acceptable in 2008.

Had nothing for food. You would figure being open next to a new casino at 2am they would have something but not a thing. Attempted to try a pre packaged sandwich and ended up throwing it out the window. Hopefully the two gas stations down the road will help with their closing!

Went in shower floor was slimy went to eat at the iron skillet took 30 minuets to get two rare steaks one was medum rare the other was a round tube like piece of meat the middle was still partially frozen not worth it at all

I just had a steak and eggs breakfast that was wonderful. I honestly did not expect it to be so good. The cut of meat that they served me was exceptional and the whole presentation was outstanding. I was told that Jason had prepared my meal. Thank you for that. My server, Natalie was very professional and this is for sure on of the stand-out establishments in the TA-Petro network. Much appreciated!
