P.F. Chang's reviews
19My partner and I had dinner here tonight and it was so good! The food, the drinks and the service were flawless. We had the spicy chicken, orange chicken, spring rolls and spare ribs, all were delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Special thanks to our server Mekal who went above and beyond! She was very attentive and spent time chatting and getting to know us. I wish we lived in the area because we'd certainly come back. You will no doubt have a great meal and an enjoyable night out at P. F. Chang's.
Just had dinner here for a birthday party and I have never had such amazing service in my life! Korrine made me feel so welcome and created a PERFECT comfortable atmosphere for me and my friends. I highly doubt I would ever get a better server than her! She truly made the night 10,000/10!
I had a very splendid experience at this restaurant greeted with happy waiters that really enjoyed their job and the manager making sure we were served well and needed anything and showed very great work ethic, will definitely dine here again.
We ordered Buddha feast with tofu and fried rice. Hardly found tofu in that. Not sure due to inflation impacting quality of food too. Food quality was so good before year or so.hoping customer gets correct quality and quantity food for they paid for.
Not what I’d thought it would be! Dirty starter plates (got rid of) and food DEFINITELY tasted like it was store brought…. Couldn’t finish it…. First and last time there! Our waitress was really nice though!
Great food great service, and it's in a mall area so I had a fun day. Took my daughter and just enjoyed lunch. I visit my daughter every year, the above is last year's review. This year in June of 2022 still awesome.
Love PF Chang’s, and it’s normally worth the drive from Toronto, Canada. This time however, I was greatly disappointed to learn that the garlic noodles have been taken off the menu. My meal was not the same. Please bring them back and give the people what they want - the best noodles ever!
Arrived mid afternoon to a virtually empty restaurant. We were informed we would need to wait 10 minutes, so we did. Sat and waited for a server to arrive only to find out they “didn’t have lettuce wraps today. ”
Tonight was a super busy night and Mekal was our server! SHE WAS PHENOMENAL! She was pleasant, efficient and responded to our request to help us get to a show on time! She should train the whole staff on how to work this position perfectly!
There were only a few tables with guests but they made us wait ten minutes before seating my family.they had crayons and special kids menu.each of the laminated paper menus had different prices (even the sign outside had different prices), which made for a challenge when the bill came.we went in for lunch and were charged the dinner price.we do not eat the meat, so asked to substitute for shrimp.they added a higher amount for this and did not consider the price of chicken being saved.it was not an add-on but a religious/cultural substitution.we asked to get the kids meal first, and they came with chicken and needed to be re-done.there were lots of staff for a not busy restaurant.the server understood our billing issues as it wasn't fair to charge so much for shrimp and the fact that each menu was different.she asked a manager to assist, who thanked me for bring the errors to her attention, she said to write to PF Changs corporate office.she acknowledged that they were not culturally sensitive or accommodating.not a location i would recommend nor visit again.
1st time going here. Went with my son. Bill was a shocking $80!
Good: The food was good. You could tell it was more authentic than "americanized". I ordered the Sesame Chicken entree. There was barely any fat like the fast food places or local restaurants have in their cuts of chicken. There may have been a little bit but it gave it flavor rather than globs of fat. All the workers were nice.
Bad: I called ahead and was put on the "call ahead list". That put us at the front of the waiting line. Even though the restaurant barely had any patrons, we still waited 15 minutes. I could see a lot of workers not really doing much in that time. After we were seated, we gave our drink order and food order pretty quickly. Although there were only a handful of tables with customers, we still waited 30 minutes for our food (for 2 people!). One of the tables had maybe 20 adults and children. Although they had their food and it was at the end of their visit, it seemed like all the workers attention was on them, which probably resulted in the long food wait.
When I ordered, I could barely understand what the waiter said and did not realize he said it was an extra charge for fried rice with the meal (the menus are digital and has NO DETAIL AT ALL, so that was an unnecessary extra $10! The bathroom floors were disgustingly dirty. Like.have they EVER cleaned them!? Really gross!
I would eat their food again, but might just order for pick up!
Food is very mediocre. Ordered the steamed shrimp dumplings, hot & sour soup, dynamite sushi roll, fried tofu, chicken fried rice and lo mein noodles. Dumplings were stale so had to return them. Everything else was just very bland and tasteless. Waiter was pleasant and his service was good. But the food quality is not worth a revisit.
We were just at of Chang’s celebrating my best friends bday and had a wonderful time. From the minute we walked in till we left had outstanding service and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend there’s something on the menu for everyone. And the drinks were awesome as well. Had a great time
Very disappointing experience. It took 75 minuets to get our meal (entrée). There were apologies after 45 minutes but no real explanation why the delay. The waiter was apologetic. Manager came over and offered to comp one of our entrées and give two free deserts (we accepted with thanks). After another 15 minutes food finally arrived. Both orders of Peking duck were burned to a crisp and only partially edible. An apology from the waiter but no other acknowledgment that after all the time lost, the meal was only semi-edible. Whole time spent there was 1: 45. Very disappointing.
The food was bland. They only offered soy and sweet and sour sauce. No duck sauce. The waiter was friendly but he was not attentive at all. We had to keep asking him for things, like water. They are likely just understaffed like many places. It would have been better if I ordered takeout.
First time here. The atmosphere is very cool. The music is appropriate, but a bit repetitive. The food was definitely good. They were out of vanilla ice cream and did not offer to reduce the price the dessert which it was supposed to come with. $12 for a tiny cake is a bit much
Unfortunately, the food had no flavor. Better off going to mall food court. Beef was jerky and ginger chicken was just about boiled with no ginger. Not the pf changs I knew! Broccoli was steamed and that's about it. Crab wonton was ok.
Twice in one week waiting in the lobby 50+ minutes to get my pick up order. No communication from the hostesses. Go to literally any other Chinese food place for better prices and actual customer service
This was my second time here. Made reservations ahead of time for lunch. Was not busy when I came in. Was sitted right away. Got our food right away. Everything was really good! They were nice enough to put a happy birthday card signed by the staff at the table before we were seated. Overall good experience!
