Philip Fried, M.D., White Plains NY

The three girls at the front desk are rude nasty and unprofessional. Dr Fried obviously allows this according to years of other reviews about them. They lie and say your insurance card is inactive but I called and it isn't! They curse at you and throw things. Go anywhere you can but here. The office is filthy, dirty rug and seats, it is just really ghetto. And what receptionist who works at a dermatologist office has such terrible skin? They also look like not one brushed their hair or bathed. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else.

Only giving one star because 0 isn’t an option. The receptionists need to be fired. They have absolutely zero respect for the patients and have no inclination on bettering their bitter personalities. They are an absolute nightmare and I hope for the Doctor’s sake they never come back into work. Absolutely horrible experience. Not only did they hang up on me while trying to get my prescription, they gave me an attitude for reading my insurance info too slow. Absolute hypocrites considering they were just talking about what they were going to have for lunch. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of those witches.

Horrible experience (s), The front desk is basically unresponsive, they have a monotone voice, they give short answers, overall, they just sound like they do not care. Especially when you want to talk to your doctor, he is never, EVER, there, therefore the people you call (the front desk) always respond with "he isn't here right now" and when he is, he is always with a patient.

The waiting rooms are horrible, almost no personal space, almost no ventilation, minimum 1 hours waiting time every single visit EVEN if you arrive EARLY.

If I could, I would give this place a 0 star review, but I am unable to, please don't go here.

I agree the front desk people are extremely rude and awful to deal with. BUT, Dr. Fried is incredible and absolutely worth it!

Receptionist is rude after being asked a simple question. I don’t understand why she acts burdened by clarifying questions. Either she needs more training or she is not a good fit.

Dr. Fried is the complete opposite; very accommodating, considerate and patient.

If u enjoy waiting rooms this is the doctor for you. Second time I had to wait over an hour. I won’t come back. The doctor and the office sadly has no respect for their patients.

I absolutely agree with the prior reviews. The front desk receptionist has an attitude.i called to make an appointment for an eczema flare up and as a first time patient i felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. As a manager for customer service i expect better treatment than what i received.

The doctor is great, the only issue is the front desk staff from the first time I entered the office…. They are horrible to the patients and always have an attitude, they need to get it together as far as their work ethic goes or give someone else the job. Will be going elsewhere.
