Food is very good. Dumplings are amazing. Fried lobster a must. Service was attentive. Espresso martini always.

Beef filet mignon was so burnt on one side it was not edible despite my best efforts.
The music was outrageously loud honestly I have no idea how anyone has any clue what's going on, no wonder the beef was like BBQ charcoal
Seating is literally on top of each other, you could share food with your neighbor.
Truly awful. Staff only seemed to care about the larger tables of 6+ checking in.

Stayed at the hotel next door so I ordered mainly out of proximity and convenience but wouldn't recommend it.
For the amount I paid, the food was super subpar and I'm sure that you're able to get much better quality for cheaper.
The one plus is that the staff was extremely pleasant and the atmosphere seemed to be nice.

Came here for my friend’s birthday dinner. I’ve been to the other Philippe chow first time at this location. So when my friend was booking the reservation they were pretty adamant about your attire and they have the right to refuse service if you don’t comply, but low and behold when we got there it was joggers T-shirt and jeans affairs I guess for the “Heavy pockets” it’s I can’t see we are blind. SMH. The server was way too pre occupied I must have asked for my drinks a dozen time only had two drinks and I was there for almost two hours each time I had to be begging for my drinks. The appetizer was much more tastier than the entrees. The two little drinks I had was ok nothing special or effective. These restaurants are so overrated overpriced with mediocre service and food. Brooklyn has better places way better ambience. Never again. The dj played well

Kevin J was a great server. Very helpful. Not my first time here but he was great.
Must try the fillet mignon with oyster sauce and the sangria drink!

Underground upscale asian restaurant serving quality Chinese classics with simple presentation.

Food was delicious. I actually enjoyed it even though I expected it to be just an overpriced Chinese food. Best sweet and sour chicken ever. Service was also great. I would come back again.

I came Tuesday evening with my husband to enjoy our 2nd year anniversary. Our second time to the restaurant. We love the food and the atmosphere. The manager Costas gave us amazing hospitality. The hostess Jen was rude. The manager Costas told Jen to give us a corner booth seat for privacy and we wanted a big table. She was rude and didn’t follow directions. She was very combative with us regarding the seating when clearly Costas gave her specific directions for me and my husband to celebrate. The manager stepped in to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you to manager Costas and to our waiter. We definitely enjoyed our evening.

The quality and taste were sub par. We ordered kung Pao chicken which was so sweet dripping with caramel that made it inedible. The shrimp with walnuts was mediocre, again way too sweet. The fried rice was the only palatable dish. Overall it seemed like everything was too sweet with very little balance of other spices. Honestly I think the food cart right outside had better quality of food. I would not recommend them if you are looking for Chinese food.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We went out to celebrate a birthday. The food was extremely disappointing and the presentation was mediocre. The tables are so close together there is absolutely no privacy and the place is terribly loud. We paid about 200$ per person and I barely had anything to eat because our “shareable” portions were too small. Unfortunately not a single member of our party enjoyed the food because there was nothing special about it. Just glorified fried rice and Peking Duck. But the worst part was that at the end when they brought the check they asked us to pay and leave right away because they had people waiting. We asked if we can wait for the two friends that were in the bathroom but they said “no”. Told us to get our stuff and wait by the bar. Mind you that we absolutely did not overstay our reservation.

Food was delicious, especially the chicken satay and scallion pancakes. My lychee cocktail was also great! Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Tip is automatically included on the bill.

Great live dj that played classic r&b hits at a reasonable volume so you can still talk. We attended during restaurant week and it was very busy, but they had sufficient staff to accommodate everyone! The food was amazing and I have literally have no complaints. This is a great space to take someone on a date!
