I was previously a State Farm customer for many years, but became very unhappy with the service being provided by the agent at another location where I had been for decades. Everyone from the front desk to the owner of the agency and especially Mr. Jose Marin, who took very special care of us. He was attentive to all our needs, was very personable and made sure we understood all of our options as well as different ways we could lower our costs. Although I am paying slightly more than I was the insurance company that I left, Mr. Marin's impeccable customer service makes it worth while and the slight additional cost.with even better coverage.
