Very disappointing. I made an online order that went through and made sure the location I ordered from was open as well. When I arrived to pickup my order the doors were closed with no one inside. Very upset.

My goodness I ordered the mini dog pretzels it had no taste the dough was super dry as if it was made from an old left over dough never again

They make great party platters. I ordered a platter for same day pickup and it was ready when I got there. The staff is very friendly and the pretzels were great. I will be back again!

These pretzels are always delicious. We get them for appetizers at parties and they are always gone first. Every dip they have is tasty just depends on your liking.

Terrific old school pretzels. Great prices. I like to bring ‘em home warm or heat ‘em up, but butter on ‘em (yup butter), and enjoy ‘em with a crisp cold beer. Just like I remember doing in Munich.

Manager here Joe was exceptional. Had a very busy day and line. I made a mistake with my order and location. He was extremely accommodating and got on the phone with other location having my order ready within minutes. Didn’t have to do it but it was very appreciated. And the food as always is top notch.

Bought some lunch here and ordered one pretzel with it. Person at the register gave me 5. Absolute legend.

Absolutely delicious pretzels and friendly staff.
Great prices too.
And now they have Italian Ices from Corona Ice King.
Perfect match.
Can't wait to go again.

Pretzels are really good. I should've asked for a newer batch something warmer. But damn so good.can't wait to go again

If you have a hankering for just a pretzel or two this is the place to go for it. I would also give the other stuff that's on the menu a try as well.

Just Great Pretzel, I brought them to work, reheated them and they were still Great. Never disappointed. Be Safe

Have to live when they have 10 pretzels for 5 bucks and it comes to $8.72 last time I go there

Loved it! Excellent pretzels and hot cheese dip. 10 pretzels for $5 weekdays! And soooo many different dips to choose from. Wish they were a little closer to me so I could go all the time!

They always seem to be out of things when you order from them. The kids run the counter and arent very good at really explaining menu items. The pretzels themselves are not flavored. You have to buy dipping sauces or icings to have additional flavor to the plain pretzels. Would I go back? Probably not. I like Auntie Annie's better as their pretzels come in a variety of flavors without having to use dipping sauces and icings.
