It is good here but nowadays it is too expensive to dine out so i might come here maybe once in a blue but I can’t come here everyday. Food is generally good.

Lately, their food has not been satisfying. Like noodles in the pho is sooo soft. The beef feels brittle. The texture of the inside of the spring rolls are not what they normally serve. I don't know.bad timing. Inventories are not replenished? But, then its not the first time.

Affordable price, delicious as always! The authentic Vietnamese food is here. Before the pandemic, this place has always my go-to restaurant. The shrimp roll is the best, also the beef pho. The staffs are kind and gentle. I love the avocado smoothie.

I only get the cubed steak. The steak quality has taken a slight hit recently but still not a bad place to grab a quick lunch.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Elmhurst. The food is always delicious, and the staff treat us like family. Their chả giò is the best in the area!

Soooo good ordered 12$ large pho soup number 30 with everything + meatballs inside, portioned really big so had to take the rest home, would definitely come back again, lots of topping and sauces to eat with

Awesome food, place is not fancy (as in very modest). But we keep coming back to it over and over again, for the food. A+.

I ordered Uber eats, feeling to have some pho soup today, and to my surprise I found a live moving worm in the veggies,
Filthy dirty place

This restaurant doesn’t deserve any star.
This restaurant should be checked by the health department.
Ordered pho but only got soup. They told us to pick it up again.
While we were eating pork chops with no bone we found plastic wrapper. We had to stop eating what was left of our dinner.
NEVER EAT HERE!
Disrespectful staff
People just night get sick cause of they manage and prepare the food.

Always one my favorite place to take my friends for some of the best Pho in NYC. I’ve visited Vietnam and this is as authentic as it can get.

Pork chop was lacking flavor, summer roll was lacking flavor. I forgot my sleeved glass water bottle there and they threw it in the trash can. Do not recommend

Careful when ordering from this place. You will be surprised what to find in your noodle soup, a toothpick. After confronting one of the employees they suspected a customer would have done that. This place is a nasty place and smelled like sewage have been backup in the restaurant. Next time when placing food here, just double check.

They stopped accepting doordash orders, only way to consider ordering your food was on discount LMFAO. You guys are so lucky the other Pho store got burnt down, or they would've shut y'all down years ago

My bf and I came here for lunch and ordered the large #29 and #30 combination pho bowls. The pricing for the sizes were S $8.25, M $9, L $10, XL $13.20. My bf was about to order the XL bowl for himself, but good thing he didn't because we ended up stuffed, since we ordered a pork banh mi as well. Haven't had pho in so long since the pandemic, so when indoor dining opened up again, we were excited to go.

You have to walk through the supermarket parking lot to get to Pho Bac. They are so busy! We waited about 10-15 minutes to get seated on a Monday afternoon at 2pm. We watched as the server had to navigate through 3 doors to bring meals out to the customers sitting in the outdoor dining area. Anyway, we got seated and I watched as something that made me feel super uncomfortable happen. As one of the servers was clearing up the table next to us, he took the teapot and poured the leftover tea within.back into the machine holding all the tea to warm up. Tea isn't expensive and it's watered down anyway. I don't see what the point of pouring back 1-2 small cups of tea into the machine is. My bf justified it by noting that tea usually pours out one way, so he wasn't too bothered by it. But I certainly was, as I also didn't see the teapots or any reusable items being wiped after use between customers.

We've always been satisfied with the food every time we come to Pho Bac. But watching the tea incident will definitely make me think twice about dining at Pho Bac in the future. Thai Son all the way!

After over 20 years, this place hasn't changed much. Their pho is great compared to those chains. Their prices have gone up due to covid, but still very reasonable. Keep in mind, beef has gone up in price, and pho is traditionally with beef and other types of meats
