Came in for dinner with my girlfriend. We asked if the back area was open, We like the back because they have booths. As soon as we got our pho the server came and told us that the back was closed and we had to finish our food and leave. We had been there for a total of 10 min. If the back was closed or it was going to close soon. They should not sit anyone there. We and another 4 top were pretty much kicked out without being able to finish our food or our beer.

We have been coming here for 6 years. Very disappointed of what this place has become.

Not great service. Asked the waiter for a bowl of rice and tea and it seemed he couldn't be bother. I was the only one here. I got the hot and sour soup and I was not good. Just put a bunch of hoisin sauce and soy sauce to make it better. Waiter was really in your face but he was quick about it. Pho 87 was much better I should have just gone there instead but wanted to try something different. Don't make my mistake.pho87 is a block away and much better.

Arrived at 7: 40 PM and was told I cannot sit in the dining room to have dinner that they close at 8: 30. It makes no sense. The woman and man who have been serving tables. The past few months are absolutely terrible. One day I went for lunch, and the dubstep music was blasting so loud I could barely think. The both of them look more interested, and when they could leave then what’s going on with the customers. The last time I went, I was given Nobel and when I requested a bill they pointed at the cash register when I went up to the cash register. The girl just told me the number as a customer wouldn’t I be able to review the bill? These two are destroying the bussness.

Good good but we were waiting for family and one of the old waitress denied my family food AND water. She was very rude.

The food was delicious and the person who took care of us was wonderful! But another lady there that was taking care of my family was really rude to my family because they were in a different table, she denied all services to them and even the cup of water and we were not rude or anything. We had to leave because she was being really rude, not recommending this place because some of the staff.

Not authentic Vietnamese

I used to go here alot as a poor, clueless hrad student. I lived not far away. But then I discovered real Vietnamese cooking, and real pho, by real Vietnamese chefs, in contrast to regional entrepreneurs looking to exploit a niche. Service is fast and gruff, as noted in other reviews, but I Iike fast and gruff. The food's just not that good. I would agree with "bouillon broth" suspicion in another review. (I did always appreciate the rather generous supply of mint, basil and mung bean sprouts though!) It's cheap-ish, yeh, but now I that I've had the real deal, it's hard to go back.

We usually order from this place about three to fours times a month for takeout. There are several Vietnamese places within walking system, but we come here the most.

We rarely eat out. The images we took are an after thought after we have started eating. As you see the noodle soup is mostly done.

The calamari is a to salty. The beef and the spring roll (not shown here) is excellent.

Amazing hole in the wall pho spot. Prices are a bit on the higher side and it was quite crowded at an off peak hour, but absolutely worth the wait and money.

I ordered takeout. Food was ready in 10 minutes. I ordered shrimp summer roll from appetizers, chicken with ginger and scallion, and and tofu with vegetables. All was really tasty. I really enjoyed the tofu dish sauce and the shrimp summer roll had really nice peanut sauce. The chicken was cooked with lots of onions which I didn’t expect (menu said chicken with ginger and scallions), but the ginger sauce was nice.

Been in love with the big bowl pho here for years but the entire menu is fantastic. Price meets portion and the staff have always been friendly, courteous and accommodating at customized orders as I don't eat pork. Best Vietnamese food in NYC!

My husband bought a pork and chicken sandwich last night. All they get is everything is dry. Even bread like cheap snacks The vegetables that come in the sandwich have a bad taste. I am very disappointed with your shop. We buy food at your store a lot. From now on, I won't go to your store again. Sandwiches that cost as much as $ 8 but get bad ones. Staff shouted, service sucks.

Thought about taking away a star because I didn't get my food along with my hubby's. The Pho and Bun were good.good outdoor dining option. They let you use the bathroom!

My wife wanted to eat Vietfood but Bo Ky was closing their kitchen and I'm not a fan of Pho Bang. My go-to is Pho Grand or Thai Son. Can't go wrong with either. Order my usual #1 while wife gets pho with pork chops. Everything was as expected. Good and affordable food.

The worst pho restaurant in nyc: nasty attitude server and dirty plates. Health department should shutdown this restaurant. We walked out didn’t finish the food after i saw a pice of finger nail in my bowl. Told the server but he ignored us. Paid for the food, no tip.

Delicious, pho was very good. Prices are also great.
They have plenty of seats inside & outside too.

$0.90 covid surcharge but still worth it
