Pretty good food. Quiet, clean atmosphere. Spring rolls were delightful. The Pho was yummy on a wintry day. One perk is that in place of water the serve iced green tea to add a little positive flavor and antioxidents. Friendly, fast service.

Wow! Absolutely incredible! This meal did not disappoint. I tried the Bun Bo Hue and it was perfectly spicy and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

I’ve been wanting to order from this restaurant for awhile. I struggle with finding a decent restaurant that is actual good. Finally I found a place that knows what they are doing! Some are saying they are pricey but that’s what you get for good food! I could have easily spent $30 somewhere else and would have been disappointed in my meal. That was not the case here, especially with the amount they give you. On top of that, it was the best Vietnamese I’ve ever eaten!

I've been going here for years (including when they were located in Vestal) they have THE best pho in the area!

This place was delicious. It was a bit pricey but the amount of food you get sorta explains the price. The atmosphere is lovely for dining. The server explained how to eat the meal, and was prompt too.

Pretty good Vietnamese restaurant in Birmingham. Nice quiet place with small staff that are attentive and happy to explain the dishes that are served. Generous portions and satisfying. Recommended

Excellent Pho. Beef or Duck both delicious. Homemade chili oil adds to the dish! We visit everytime we are in town for the holidays, and the owner and his family treat us to friendly hospitality each time. My wife sometimes gets the rice dishes which she also loves.

Made from scratch Vietnamese cuisine. It's not a pretty restaurant, but the food coming out of the kitchen is tasty and fresh. I recommend one go out of one's way to stop here, it's that good. A value as well, chúc vui vẻ!

I have been going to this restaurant for four years now. Sadly, I will not be going again. I have loved the food but lately it has been on the decline. The prices have increased steadily, which I understand, but now is completely out of my price range. I am a college student like many others in the area and can no longer afford the food, especially since the quality has decreased. Additionally, the service is horrendous. The older male server harshly greets customers and argues with them. He makes comments when I pay for my friends, calling me a sugar momma, or jokes about partying which is highly inappropriate. He makes comments on how we eat our food. He denies service to many customers, including myself on multiple occasions. I did not do anything to deserve that. For a brief period of time he did not work here and I could relax and enjoy my meal. Now the sense of dread of interacting with him has outweighed the food. Additionally, the restaurant calculates tip after the 8% sales tax and 3% credit card fee. This means that I wanted to pay a 15% tip and unknowingly paid a 17% tip. At another restaurant, I may not have minded (usually I tip 20%). But the service here did not demand a higher tip.

Had a 9 days trip in the NY state and this resturant is worst experience.the owner is very rude.my kid was too scared to talk as she has never experienced this type of service before.

My husband and I love this place - the food is fresh and delicious and the service is warm and friendly. We want to try everything on the menu! We'll definitely go back, and bring some friends.

The owner is rude. Extremely rude. He complained us for changing to a different seat, and charged us freaking $8 for adding additional pho. Only served 2 silverwares despite a party of 3.

Currently in post-spicy bliss. I got 2A as it was recommended by another reviewer. Whoever installed the flooring did a great job. Must have been a difficult area to plan for ;)

My niece is Vietnamese and has eaten Vietnamese food all of her life. For years, while visiting family, she has gone to this restaurant for their food - she LOVES it! We have never had a bad experience at this restaurant and the owner always comes out to say hello.

Best Vietnamese restaurant, very clean and delicious food. Mother & son team runs the restaurant. Definitely would comeback and recommend this place!

This was a truly unpleasant experience. My friend and I chose this restaurant because it said it was kid friendly and our kids like pho. We walked in and were treated like second class citizens because we had our kids there. We were even told to leave because they didn’t have enough tables, when two tables were available. Which we took. The waiter told us keep control of our kids and to keep them quiet and makes sure they don’t touch anything, all the while, our kids were incredibly well behaved and quieter than the adults all around us. The food was overpriced for sub par pho. It was not friendly. The staff was rude and controlling. And food just ok. Not worth another trip.

I never got the chance to try this place. The staff refuse to serve us 45 minutes prior to close.

There was only 1 table at that time. We are a group of 4. I do understand kitchen typically closes earlier that the restaurant hours.

This is a Pho noodle restaurant with most of the ingredients are ready to go upon ordering.

Most Pho Restaurants I have been to can serve you in 5 mins after ordering.

So not a good choice for someone looking for a bowl of Pho after 8pm

You may have better luck.
