Don’t waste your time travelers! This spot is probably locals only. Call for pickup on Friday night…they weren’t even busy and an hour later I’m being told, pizza coming out. It was for another customer. Guy says give me 10 min and I’ll get your pizza. Fine. I wait…nothing…just give me my money back! Th se people suck!

Love this place. Went Thursday afternoon before my walk at the chimney bluffs and had the place to myself. Service was excellent and accommodating.
Definitely would go back if in the area

Found this right-on-water place near the campground we were at. It was definitely worth the stop and the money. All the doors were open and it was like eating outside. We had the Philly cheesesteak and the Pulled Pork sandwich. OMG.so much food and SO delicious.

Have always enjoyed stopping in here when on the water. We have enjoyed the wood-fired pizzas in the past and we're looking forward to some. This time it was a frozen cardboard crust. Very disappointing! Other than that, the customer service and general atmosphere was awesome! You're next to the water, of course it's awesome!

Service was great! The food didn't seem fresh & just poured sauce over the wings.

First time there and really enjoyed the experience. Great atmosphere and I think we had the best server in the place. I told her u would never forget her name. I did. I do remember it was close to one of our granddaughters name, (Cassie).

Great pier bar with kitchen and pizza oven. Staff was there to help ease the day after boating or the beach and was kid friendly. Ice cream at the end with differnt syrups topped it all off! Beautiful sunset and view of the islands too

Pretty busy. Visited and they realized that they lost our order after waiting for nearly an hour. Got a refund. First and last time I go there.

We went for lunch on the way to Chimney Bluffs. There were a few people eating at the bar, two women had just ordered before we did. So definitely not busy, but despite seeing 3 people in the kitchen, we wanted almost an hour for our pizza. We were within minutes of asking for our money and leaving. Why so slow? The pizza we shared was good when we finally got it.

We came on a beautiful day and it wasn't very busy which was nice. We ordered two pizzas and a few drinks before we had to be somewhere else. The bar servers were great, very attentive, and friendly; however, it took an hour to get our pizzas, which aren't very large. I know they are wood fired, so the oven must not be very large, but with it not being so busy, an hour just seems outrageous. I've been here a few times, and the wait for food is the same every time, unfortunately (my husband and I have waited close to 2 hours once om a previous visit). The view is incredible and the bar is great so it's best to come here for drinks and a light meal when you aren't in a hurry or super hungry. I want to love it here, but we always end up going somewhere else.

Great location. Pizza was blah. Beer was great and bar service was good. My beef is about the kayaks. They had a poor launch area and very dirty kayaks filled with water.

The location is beautiful and the seating and areas all clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and efficient but the brick oven pizza was a disappointment.

Terrible food and poor service. Why go here? It’s only because of a great location on the lake with boat access and plenty of car parking. That’s it!

The brick oven pizza mentioned is not to be believed. I never saw the brick oven and usually it’s a feature in such a restaurant. Even peered in the kitchen.it’s not visible. The pizza doesn’t look like or taste like any brick oven pizza I’ve had anywhere. It tasted like frozen pizza.

Beautiful setting! Awesome atmosphere. Love this place. They have blankets in case you get cold.

I will start with saying this is a great location, and a cool spot for a drink if you’re cruising around Sodus. I will then say if you do stop, do not order a pizza here- which is essentially the only thing on the menu. My boyfriend and I have stopped here twice and both times have been served what is essentially an incredibly cheesy version of cafeteria style pizza. For a place that pushes their pizza, you would think they’d make their own crust. Their regular wings were not bad, but the boneless wings were essentially Tyson frozen chickens. Might be back for a drink and to play some for hole on the lake, but that’s about it unfortunately.

Pier Fifty-Three is awesome. My wife and I just love to stop in there when we get a chance. Food has all been great. Staff and owners all friendly and helpful. Best thing on the east side of Sodus bay. They have made a beautiful place to enjoy sunsets on Sodus bay.
