Really horrible customer service. We reached out for an estimate and waited a few months with no reply. We knew he was backed up so we were patient. When we finally got a hold of him, his response was “oh yeah, I didn’t get back to you because your house is a hot mess and takes the cake for one of the worst I’ve ever seen”. We are aware that we have a fixer upper, and can’t believe that this response was coming from the owner of a business.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt maybe he was rushing to his job, but this dude totally cut off me and my family on the highway. Please drive safer in the future.

Kevin is an extremely talented electrician. My husband and I had him install 11 recessed lighting in our kitchen, as well as, our bedroom and they look fantastic. Kevin also cleaned up our fusebox and moves it so we can remodel our living room without an ugly box in the way. Kevin is very trustworthy. He performed the work while we could not be home, he even cared for our dog (let her in and out). I would recommend Kevin services over and over!

I've tried to call him several times during the day for the past week got voicemail which said he will check in the evening when he gets home. No response. Tried to call at 9pm tonight, he picked up and then said I called too late and hung up. Waste of time calling this one.

I bought a house from a bank in Gang Mills, NY. Electricity was turned off and NYSEG instructed me to replace cabling to the box and place grounding properly.

I hired Kevin to do this and upgrade to 200A.
Kevin did an awesome job in completing the work on-time and worked with NYSEG to get me new meter. He is very professional and good sense of humor!
His quote was lowest out of 3 quotes.

Kevin Pilon came to my house to fix a circuit problem. He was on time, fast and got the repair done completely. He also fixed a few outlet boxes that he noticed were jutting out.
This was the second time I used this service. First time was to bring the lighting up to code; he made all the repairs now everything works beautifully.
Small thing, he asked about whether to take shoes off inside the house. Small thing, but it’s an example of his professionalism.

Called and left a message for Kevin pertaining to some work I needed done and asked for a estimate. Never received a call back, very unprofessional behavior, even if he'd called to say I'm unable to do this job or I'm too busy that would of been fine but I heard nothing. I don't know about you guys but I don't think I would want to deal with an electrician that cant be bothered to speak to his clients or potential clients. I wish him all the best with his future buisnes endeavors.

Kevin was great to work with. My girlfriend and I had recently bought a house in Corning that needed a good amount of electrical work. Kevin was able to look at the house and give us a quote all within a couple days. He was definitely the most affordable in the area and did great work. The whole job took about 2-3 days total.
