They came on time for delivery. It was raining and they couldn't get a grip. So it kept dropping. They did not use a dolly. They did not have a dolly. When they dropped it and the box rolled, I cancelled the delivery and ordered from another company that I knew did not use Pilot Freight Services. Surprising this company actually used a dolly. You would think that would be Moving 101. In response to what the owner wrote. I did call and I did complain to the owner that they brought no dolly and they where dropping the item. So either the owner does not remember, or he is not telling the truth. There is always the possibility that there is more then one pilot freight and I have the wrong company.

I ordered a pool from a company that uses pilot freight as their delivery service. I was hung up on multiple times trying to figure out why my pool was not delivered after almost 3 months. After setting up two different appointments they never showed up to and I missed out on two days I could have been working I will never even consider this place again or even recommend to a friend or family member

Order came in decently quick I'd say, about a week from coast to coast but when I received it, it was damaged pretty bad so now I wait again
