Pilot Travel Center reviews
14Terrible place! Small parking lot and very rude staff treating drivers badly over limited parking spaces.
What a disgusting place. Management should be ashamed of themselves! As a professional driver what the actual heck are you guys doing? ! Pilot flying J always prides themselves on cleanliness and this is next level trashy! I will literally drive to another location to not be here. Absolute laziness. Come on people!
Little to no food in the mornings. Every time I am here before maybe 8 AM there is hardly any warm food available.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The lady at the counter in the evening is doing inventory while I wait just for an email to be printed. She tells me she has to finish this expired products first. What a joke for customer service.
Time to call the number on the roll off to have them come get it.
Building is nice (well i mean compared to lot) its tight all and too many parked cars. Great place if you are just passing thru.not if you plan on parking or 34hr reset. I repeat fuel and go.
This place is by far my all time Favorite gas convenience store! They have the most amazingly large selection of products
Truck stop Pilot is very bad tge paking lot is full garbage
They need to clean up
inside to
They need yo keep up very very dirty I'll 0 star
Look in side bathrooms discussed
This is the worst Pilot Flying J I have ever stop in. There no hot food, bathrooms are nasty, coffee was cold, there’s garbage all over the parking lot, and only saw one employee working. Highly disappointed with the experience.
Do not pay reserved parking if you are going to come at night no one will come out to claim your space, I did it and I lost my money
Eh, it's small and has no food but hotdogs basically. No restaurant anymore not much too close to walk to. They could at least put PJ fresh in if the restaurant is shutdown. Tiny lot the ladies room was spotless though and the store is clean. Just wish they had better food choices.
TRUCKERS BEWARE! The parking for truckers is terrible. The lot is small and all the free spaces are taken up by trucks that have been sitting there for months and longer. You can't drum up new business if your customers have no place to park. Truckers do not want to pay for parking at $15-$18 per night. I DO NOT recommend ever stopping here if you are a trucker.
Terrible truck stop! I booked a place at 10 am, arrived at 7 pm and waited for an opportunity to park for almost an hour! There were only two tracks in front of me. Incredibly cramped parking. Feeling like they hate drivers. Never stop here
Wish I could rate zero stars
Only needed as a must need truck stop. They can't put salt down to help with the snow. Pilot needs to send a group around to inspect these stores. They are letting some run a muck

Your employee was telling drivers there is no free parking at this location. She called state patrol to wake up a driver in the free parking because her 20 reserves were full of squatters. One driver was parked at fuel island. I believe her name was Candace. Worthless
