Pilot Travel Center reviews
15The showers are absolutely filthy.there was hair all over the floor and sink.really disgusting to see this. Spend 18 dollars for a shower and this what we truck drivers have to deal with. Luckily mine was free cause of points but, this is really sad. CLEAN YOUR FREAKING SHOWERS Pilot/Flying J.this place is DISGUSTING!
Always a great stop for gas and a great quick road trip break, also they have dunkin and subway
Showers have not worked in days. Employees lie to you saying that they'll be working by the end of the night but they still don't work. One of the worst I've ever been to.
The employees cancel the shower, I waited for 4 hours, my numbers changed to 49,59,68, waiting for 4 hours, only to be told at the end that it was closed
Here because of Amanda.
No showers were available, but it was a best store plenty of parking and the service was great. Appreciate you Amanda
Set an alarm for 2 hours and sleep for a shower, and i can almost guarantee you still have to wait more
Another lot that is so poorly designed it’s comical and you can’t help but laugh uncontrollably when you see it. I can’t imagine somewhere someone out there with a college degree actually planned and designed this place.
Docks in New York City probably have more room than the parking lot here and there is so much unused wasted space that could’ve been allocated for parking. Joke of a place that’s for sure
It was big with alot of food and nessecities but we couldnt use the gas pumps, ended up across the street (exxon) (?). So did 2 others while we were there
The parking for semi is limited for 50 to maybe up to 80 trucks (proper parking spots). I only stopped by here today for fuel, but if you need parking better get here before 3pm or it’s packed.
They have SubWay and Dunkin’ Donut for food. The inside convenient store does not have hot food deli like other Pilot/FlyingJ. They do not have laundry and I think they have only 3 shower rooms.
It’s easy get in and get out from the interstate junction.
While I was filling up my rig there was a weird lady approached me and asked if I wasted some “company”, I knew what she was getting into, but I never seen working ladies up this part of NY before. She did look really good tho and I was like… “Damn, that’s expensive! ” And she was like “I will make you feel good like what you first felt back in your high school days, sweetie! ”
At this point there was a dude from the next pump looking over and gave me the “yeah, get some boy! ” look on his face. And I was just shocked when she came closer and bump me with her tush with endearment.
I will finish this story on my Dunkin’ Donut review.
I can’t complain about it. Place is very friendly, restrooms and shower very clean. The only problem is the parking.
Limited parking, Had to go on I-90 East to the Service Plaza rest area, a 5 minute drive. Lots of parking here
If I could give less stars I would.this is by far the worst pilot I have ever been to and it's consistently bad. Not just a bad day here or there. I don't think I've ever stopped here when both bathrooms and showers have been functioning correctly at the same time. Their parking lot sucks, can't get past the pumps to leave with a semi except to go back out the truck entrance. When the bathroom is functional it's usually filthy.just needs new ownership or management that gives a tinkers dam about their customers.
One of the worst pilots you will find. Very small. Tight parking and only 3 showers. Been waiting for an hour and a half and there is still 1 person in front of me. I come here when I’m desperate.
The place looks very well kept It is very clean even by the pumps everything looks very organized The store has a tremendous variety of almost everything you can imagine or need. The bathrooms are neat and modern The showers work wonderfully are quite a few food choices between Subway Duncan and the pilot convenience store.
Not a big Pilot Truck stop and they only have 3 showers. As well there is Dunkin Donuts and Subway inside.
