Love the service! Wait time could be long, but what good place doesn't have wait times? ! My nails always look amazing!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I went 2 weeks ago for a SNS set and eye brows, the nail tech messed up my eyes brows horribly! I had a wedding to go to and all, so yes I was very upset! She demanded I paid for messed up eyes brows and I informers her I wasn’t paying full price. So I paid $5 instead of $8. No one every said I could t come back or nothing. I go back 2 weeks later WITH MY DAUGHTER and I was told “ we don’t want to do your nails or daughters” so I asked “is this because she messed up my eye brows last time? ” She said “yes” I’ve never! In my life been treated this way specially with my daughter begging to get her nails done. You guys should be ashamed of yourself specifically because you messed my eye brows up. Take accountability for your wrong doing!

I am overall not satisfied with this place. I’ve came about 5 times to see if my feelings will ever change, but after today I will no longer give this place my money. I got Tips and did the powder on top, the lady that sits on the first sit, left side did a bad job. She was rushed, distracted and cut my fingers 3 times. Not one apology for it either. She did a sloppy job, they aren’t shaped evenly either. She didn’t even put lotion on my hands or massage them. I had To put the lotion on myself. Not at all happy with my experience here. Find another place worth spending your money at.

This place is the best place the group of Asian ladies is very kind and is great at nails the Service that you get is the greatest I really don’t agree with the bad comments because they probably had attitude towards them

Used to be my salon because they were the only place I found locally that did SNS. So I'm back to traveling North for good service. Because like others said service has gone down. My nail tech was always nice, loved her. The owner was very nasty and I vowed that would be my last visit. Why would I spend my money with someone who took it for granted that as a client I had choices.

Confirmed an Appointment after work for 630p, shop closed at 730p. I arrive 615p told come back tomorrow!
Doesn't matter that I was ready to spend my money and pamper myself after a serious day. All well.don't waist your time.find a place that will take good care of you and value your time.

This place is a hit or miss. If you establish a relationship with a nail tech you will always get good service if you go to someone else it is a rushed poor job. Everytime I go I hear one of them getting cursed out. It's really sad. They also have a ongoing special m-th but it truly isn't clear. If they are slow on a weekend they will offer you the weekday deal if they are busy they charge full price. The owners daughter often speaks bad about clients/customers but it is right. I hope they are able to get it together.

Quality of service has gone down. I used enjoy the relaxing pedicure and a little massage while your nails dry. Now I get less than. Looking for some where new to spend my money!

Typical nail salon with same prices as others nearby. Nails come out nice.some days better than others depending on who you get.

The ladies here are brilliant! On a good day, you'll be able to really get creative with your nail artist. I recommend the SNS powder, as it lasts nearly a month on me and looks great the whole time. Prices are extremely reasonable too! If I ever move, I think I'd keep coming here.

Went with my friend to get our nails and toes done.my Gel manicure chipped the next day, it’s now three days later and all my nails are chipped off. The lady rushed doing my friends toes and then caught an attitude when we asked her to fix where it was messed up. Wasn’t a pleasant visit.

This place is way overpriced, got the shellac and it came off the next day. I'll never go back.

I walk in (now at 5: 30 pm) and asked how much to take the acrylic off of my nails and to cut them also. The lady at the front desk replies by saying and i quote "use a metro card at home to take it off. It takes too long to soak". I just said thank you and left. I mean, what nail tech. Says that to a new customer? Horrible.

I must say this is my favorite Nail Salon in the Bronx, because they use Good Quality Products!

And if you have ever had a bad experience elsewhere, Sarah at the Pine Tree Nail Salon always has a remedy or solution for brittle or acrylic eaten nails.

Also, I had a Regular Pedicure by Maria which lasted 3 weeks, at $18 I rate it a bargain.

My only advice is to call for an appointment before dropping by.

Very Dirty, Daughter arrived to get $7 eyebrow waxing and the owner was shaking her down for a tip. Very Rude, Overpriced and Very Dirty.

Very nice people been in business a long time they provide excellent spa services I love the pedicure
