5We have been trying to contact Pinilla Studios for about 2 weeks with no response. We travelled to their offices only to find they had closed. We have no guidance about whether or not they refunding our money or if they have relocated. Our event is in two months.
Pinilla studios is excellent! My wedding was postponed because our venue Ricardo's by the Bridge went out of business because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only did Pinilla Studios reschedule our event without any hassle and did not cancel our contract they even offered assistance with helping us find a new venue and even reached out to one of their partner restaurants to try to keep our wedding on our original scheduled wedding date. Pinilla studios is excellent! Definitely Recommend!
