Michael was terrific with installation of french patio doors and rewiring the kitchen. The workmanship was superb, he was polite and kept us well informed, and did spotless clean up. We couldn't have asked for more. We used Pink Rose a second time for toilet and shower replacement, and worker Jacob provided the same excellent service. Even when he ran into some difficulties with our older home, he explained the situation, got some needed supplies, and worked extra hours at no extra charge. *An update on additional services provided. We hired a Pink Rose electrician to install a home car charging station in our garage. The explanation of the bid and all elements of the installation were outstanding. He kept us apprised of progress and consulted us when he ran into a barrier that necessitated a rerouting of the electrical cable. It took him longer than anticipated and additional help had to be called in, but there were no complaints, or extra charges. Extremely polite and professional, the service personnel at Pink Rose continue to give outstanding service.

I set up an appointment for 2 sets of drapes to be hung. Simple job. Max. 30 minute job. They wanted to charge $371. Very disreputable company. UPDATE. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE. I have owned a home for over 22 years. I know very well what skilled labor is and pay well for all repairs. I also know that to hang curtain rods with a drill takes less than 30 minutes. The next person that we hired did it in 10 and did not charge $371 but we paid them a fair price. We know what labor and time and travel is. WE ASKED AHEAD FOR A PRICE RANGE. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE MAN ON THE PHONE AGREED THAT $371 WAS TOO MUCH AND SO DID THE MAN THAT THEY SENT TO DO THE JOB.

We had Adam out for a quote and then we hired him to do the services on the same day. He swapped out three broken Roman shades for us, installed a new chandelier (and patched a small hole) then stained two thresholds for us. Just under 4.5 hours from the time they called with confirmation of his arrival time to job complete and cleaned up.
We contacted the company using their website on the weekend and had a call back to setup the appointment first thing Monday. Very responsive, pricing was fair but by no means cheap, but you do get what you pay for. We are satisfied, and will likely have them back for a couple of larger tasks when the weather improves.

Ben and Mike were very professional and experienced. They detailed what they were going to do and were thorough.

Pink Rose is a wonderful company I have to say they have gotten us out of more issues with our older home that needed repairs. We had a huge leak in our basement because of a rusted old pipe and pvc that was not pitched right. From the moment I called they sent a technician out immediately no waiting at all. Ben was wonderful to work with he was professional, courteous and knew exactly how to fix the issue we had and went out of his way to fix it the same day! We are so grateful to him and Pink Rose too!

We had our basement family room ceiling replaced. Wonderful workmanship, friendly, professional and took his time. Ceiling turned out absolutely beautiful. We use them to repair the overhangs on our house. Once again we were not disappointed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Service of my roof vent was performed on the date that was scheduled. Pink Rose actually contacted me early due to a canceled appointment, and I agreed to have their service person come over earlier than the scheduled time quoted. They actually reached out to me on two occasions before, but I missed their calls. They seem very responsive when it comes to how their crew works, and adjusting schedules in order to help their customers.

My guy was Daren. It was like having a friend coming over to help me out. He not only solved my problem, but we talked about things in life like friends would.

Mike installed a storm door, replaced an entry door, replaced door hardware, weatherized an existing door, installed a new ceiling light and replaced a kitchen light switch. At the end of the job we had solid, secure doors with no drafts or leaks. Mike truly impressed us, and we feel he is truly gifted He knew just what to do, worked neatly, on task, and the end result was just what we asked for, and more. I would not hesitate to have Mike back again for any future projects.
