Pinkberry, New Rochelle NY

I always come to this Pinkberry location, but today I had something very unpleasant, I think the girl served me, she charged me even the air I breathed, she had never charged me for candy, and even for everything, I think it is unfair, you are stealing money from bad people

I just walked in at 840pm. Asked if there were any fruits (since I didn’t see any kind of fruit toppings behind the counter) and employee said “girl I close at 9. You walk in at closing time, you don’t get no fruit. ” It isn’t a crime to try to catch an establishment before closing time but she sure made me feel like it. Bye shagirla

Place is welcoming, bright and very clean. They have places to sit down and the movie theater is a few steps away.

The yogurt is delicious but the service in that place is lousy, even that day it was closed because the woman who worked left the mall and was late and when she arrived she did not wash her hand. In short, lousy service is that place.or recommend it

Love this location. Super clean, good service, and the manager, Jen, is very sweet, friendly and professional.

My husband and I have been coming to Pinkberry on New Rochelle since April 2023. Always packed but, we find a set. Lol A/C running, Jen the manager knows our order to a T. She is always very pleasant. She greets every single person who enters with a smile. We always eat our desserts there. My favorite Island Mango w/ mango and pineapple and my husband Hazelnut Boba pineapple and strawberry. Delicious. We have conversations not just with Jen but other customers who come in get desserts after the movies. I recommend this place to anyone we are always there with family members and tell everyone to go there why not its in the heart of New Roc. We go at least once a week would not miss it. We were there today will be there next week. Can't wait

The placed was closed at 6pm on a very hot day where everyone was waiting to have Ice cream. The worker was alone and hanged a “Be right back” sign. Not an emergency whatsoever. I waited close to 30 mins to be served.

The management Really needs to change here. I’ve been to many Pinkberry this is the worst and it can improve by just replacing the staff.

Lady at the register had the worst attitude ever. And was also on a call with someone while me and my boyfriend were trying to order. Invest In some employees with good attitudes.

The past three months, I've tried to visit three times during working hours, and they're ALWAYS closed.
Yesterday (Friday; 7: 30PM) I tried walking in, but the doors were locked. There were two employees and 6 to 7 customers inside. The sign says they close at 10PM on Fridays.

I'm giving three stars because the times I've been there (before summer) and they were opened, they were great.

Every single time I come to get my pink berry fix, the attendant is so welcoming and provides such a wonderful service that I will not go to any other location. Sometimes the quality of the people is worth 10x more than the product.

Disgusting employee behavior. Came in 30 minutes before closing. Heard employee over the counter say “Why they wanna come in right before closing? Disturbing the peace. ” If you don’t want to work closing shift, then don’t. Be bitter on your own time. 4/23/2023 8: 30pm.

Love, loveee this place, satisfied customer. The customer service from this place is satisfactorio specially from the manager Jen she is the best there can be, very much recommended.

Very disappointed, I’m standing right in front of pinkberry and on the door it says closing time is 10 but it is 9: 22pm and the workers have the door locked. Very disappointed. Please adjust schedule.

Business closes at 9pm and the server actually let us in after hours for me my boyfriend and kids everyone was happy we love pinkberry customer service was at its best love it definitely above and beyond of her part!
