Pino's Pizzeria, Staten Island NY

We placed an order for two pizzas and an egg plant rollatini for pickup today. The staff was very professional and accomodating. Next time I am in the area I will certainly stop by. Thank you for great customer service!

In many occasions there's good pizza. But lately i have asked for deliveries and they sent me a burned pizza and when i called to informed that my pizza can't be eaten, they responded me saying that is their way they cooked their pizza. No refund or pizza was given and I lost my money.

We ordered delivery for the first time. The pizza was good. We also ordered a tray of garlic knots. The bottom of the garlic knots were burnt and there was burn garlic at the bottom of the tray. Most of the garlic knots were inedible.

Food used to be excellent but last two times it wasn’t very good i don’t know if they changed the cook or the sauce

The management keep harassing me with text messages. Haven't lived in staten island for 6 years, and when I did, I didn't come here. Except once AND only ONCE! Because its typical greasy cheap pizza! Ridiculous. You're a bunch of creeps.

I been ordering from here bi-weekly for years and we are seldom disappointed. If find the food fresh and consistent and the employees seem hard working and caring.

Best food, customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend it from pizza to calzones, rolls, chicken Parmigiana, to penne vodka and more!

I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad, zucchini sticks and a chicken roll. The ceaser salad came soggy and the chicken was bone dry. The zucchini sticks were thick and gummy. The zucchini inside was soggy and the outer shell was hard a flavorless. And to top that off the sauce the gave on the side tasted like ragu! A restaurant should always give their house made sauce or pizza sauce on the side of appetizers never cheap out with a pre-made sauce its noticeable and it’s disgusting (coming from someone who knows the difference between fresh sauce and jar sauce). The chicken roll came cold and soggy, it was alright but not the best I’ve ever had. Just you basic chicken roll. I won’t be ordering from here again I’m disappointed and I find it hard to believe these “great reviews”.

This place is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant.everytime I want to go to a superb supper, this place comes straightaway to my head.excellent and varied food and a rich cuisine.well mannered staff, and great vibes. Also, the cost is affordable. I sent my friends to this place with pleasure.

Have been ordering from here for the last 6 years, since we moved into the neighborhood. The food is always great. The owner and just all staff in general are incredibly nice and accommodating. I've never had a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone, Especially in the neighborhood. This is the go-to-spot for great food and reasonable prices.

I think this place is a doesn’t like serving colored people I order from there before and had issues with there services before as well. But tonight 4/20/2020 at 7: 30pm I order couple of slices and for the 10th time I asked the not to send me dog food.it’s because I’m colored skin
