7: 44pm on a Friday get told they cant sell any lanes for bowling. But yet open until 12am?

A party of 7, same as others stated here, the bartender told us no server but would try to send someone over, 1 hour later we had to ask the manager, why we could order at bar they told us we could I ended up getting Pizza Hunt delivered. Then we waited 2 hours for the lane to open when we were told a 40min wait. Yes the bartender still tells others she can't take food orders. Sad because not much around this area but service like this I'm shocked they are still in business

Pretty awesome spot! Great lanes, good food, friendly staff, and a great arcade too. The weekday deals are super cool too, check 'em out! Tonight was $1.99 tacos and half priced arcade. My family comes often and it is a great place for kids, but a little loud with music. I would recommend calling ahead as it can get pretty busy, but it's usually not too long of a wait. Would recommend!

Some people are just skilled at down the clown. I'm not sure what to say. Just because you and a buddy get the jackpot twice in a row on the first try doesn't mean you're cheating. I feel badly complaining about cheap tickets, so I didn't bother anyone, but 1000 tickets is 1000 tickets. We are basically pros, so, yeah

Ordered food, there were people at one other table besides us. The good took forever. When I asked the server the status of the food dhe gave the excuse thst they were understaffed, she then completely disappeared for 20 minutes, came back wreaking of smoke and said our food would be right out. Not enough staff to take care if customers but enough to take a smoke break. Never again.

The family and I come here regularly for the games and some food. There are even trivia nights that are fun. Mostly this place is pretty good and the food is good. The problem is 1 particular bartender.

The nights the male bartender is here, everything is great. The nights the female bartender is here, you can see her get frustrated with people regularly and then turns back to them and smiles. She often leaves the bar unattended and tends to handle only 1 corner of the bar. She doesn't check the other side for 10-15 mins at a time. As I write this myself and 3 couples have been waiting for her to come serve drinks at an untended bar for at least 15 minutes. I have an open tab and can not cash out for our food and drinks while the family is finishing their games.

As a benefit of doubt, perhaps if she has too much to do? But if this is the case, there should be a 2nd bartender hired on at all times.

Family and I paid for 2 hours at the New Hartford location for bowling and spent the better part of 29 minutes waiting for a mechanic to fix issues all throughout. When down to the last ten minutes they repeatedly canceled our report and let time run out further.

Fun experience. Especially for the kids. Just feel like they need more employees to help with service

Went to see the magic of chris wheel show.drinks were reasonable food ok for the setting. Kid having fun.magicamazing.

Our group had two bowling lanes for two hours and broke maybe 4 times on each lane throughout the night which had us calling their maintenance and waiting while our time ran out. We also had the "pizza party" which cost 19.99 per person plus other fees like admin fee, tax and gratuity. This "deal" was supposed to have "waffle fries, and assortment of pizzas. " We had about 4 pizzas each of cheese and pepperoni and regular fries with just a small bowl of ketchup. The pizzas were also very oily. The arcade was ok but overall, not a great experience.

We had a birthday party here for my 12 year old. The service and package was very good. Kids and adults had a great time!

Ordered dinner and drinks with some family and friends and only complaint is the serving size on fries. $7.50 is a lot of money for the amount of fries. Game area is great and the prize selection has improved. Will definitely go again but won't order fries. Tacos were delicious.

I'm writing this review again because contacting the company on their website I got no response. For the 3rd time at this location when ordering vegan options we were served non-vegan food. When questioned about it 1st the bartender/server claimed "they don't have vegan cheese" when I asked to speak to the kitchen manager the child came out and took 1 look at the pizza and could clearly tell it wasn't vegan cheese. We didn't eat anything and left. Next day I contacted the location and asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn't in, took my name and number and never received a call back. Don't go to this place if you're expecting to get vegan food because it's a shot in the dark whether or not you actually get what you ordered.

Cannot say enough about Michael and the staff at Pinz, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the space, the food, the signature drink, all the way down to keeping the teenagers entertained! Amos did an amazing job with karaoke. Highly recommend for your next event! When other in the area couldn't come through Pinz 110% delivered.

Overpriced food, and drinks. Unattentive server. Balls stuck at end of lane took 15 minutes to get that fixed. For the amount paid for shoe rentals and per person cost they should have done something for us.

Everything is new and clean. For now. I've been here a few times with my 4year old daughter. This time we did the whole experience. Feels like I was bent over.

For the prices. I'll have to pass on going back for drinks or food ever again. Rent at Sangertown Square must be high. $7 Guinness draft, $20 appetizer sampler that was sub par.

Hopefully, they make improvements.

Been going here a lot for the games with my daughter. Well kept. New games.

Their vegan food is NOT vegan. They have a vegan section for crying out loud! If they don't make changes and provide vegan food as advertised they are looking for a serious lawsuit!
