Pio Bagel, Brooklyn NY

I went in an the place was empty except the staff diligently working. I was greeted kindly order a salad and a Vegetable natural juice to be blended. Order completed by a female staff was ready to pay. A Caucasian woman entered after me and ordered a bagel wit cream cheese an tomato i watched the men put it together upon me going to pay now she ran ahead of me and ordered a expresso coffee. The female immediately dropped my food to the side of the register and began to prepare the expresso. I immediately asked if i could pay and leave. I was told no and just wait. I was forced to leave with no salad or natural juice, because I had to get on the train on time. Sorry to say they suck

Bagels are marginal. Pastries are stale. Looks pretty sad inside overall. Staff, however, is very friendly and welcoming. They make the place

I have celiac and their gluten free bagels are by far the best gluten free bagel I have ever had. I have been gluten free for awhile and I have yet to find a bagel like this one. I travel from Long Island to get this bagel because it resembles a regular bagel. Please tell me your secret!

Walked in to the deli area to order & the man behind the counter says hold on because he was putting bagels away. He turns around and then asks the gentleman who appeared after me what he would like to order. Clear discrimination as I was the only person waiting literally 3 minutes before he just asked me to wait. Ridiculous! Walked 1 block down to a competitor that serves EVERYONE.

Love pre ordering via Ritual app and being able to grab by breakfast en route to work.lines are usually so long, but it goes by fast

Good bagel, coffee and homemade soups. There's a table and counter to eat at in the store or there's tables that the city city has setup in the street.

Good bagels at good prices. The environment is quite weird but the food is great. Sometimes there are homeless people eating there. Always get your bagel to go.

Overpriced, half the staff has bad attitudes, food and coffee arent nearly good enough to match price, there are much better places in the area

Get take away if you can, don't bother eating in

This is the only true bagel place in the area. The bagels are pretty decent and service is pretty good. Few things though. Their cinnamon raisin bagels need more raisins. Don't be cheap on the raisins guys! If a customer asks for a raisin bagel they want lots of raisins not a total of four in the entire bagel. Should be loaded. Delivery needs improvement but their food is good.

Good price for a bagel. Friendly staff with quick service. They messed up my order one time and when I told them they fixed it with no questions asked.

I go here all the time for an egg on a wheat everything bagel sandwich and it never disappoints me. Fresh and flavorful good customer service!

You shouldn't have different prices for types of cream cheese, especially if you're gonna give the wrong one constantly

Tasty bagels here, a lot of different spreads you have to try. Blueberry muffin is awesome. A little bit crowded in the mornings, but you’ll be ok if you came here for a quick bite. Service is quick and nice.

Great for a quick bite and cheap eat. Had a sausage egg on everything bagel and it was excellent.

Ordered my food at 12: 00pm and I had to remind them at 12: 15 about my food which they didn’t even start making because they were too busy talking In the back! Don’t come here customer service is horrible

Great bagels at a good price, it does get busy at times though so expect to be in line for a bit, they usually get through everyone fast

Just got a bagel there for lunch and it was literally rock hard! Tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Gross.
