Don't treat customers like this. I walk in looking to buy, and walk out feeling like I was trespassing. These guys were rude. The front door was open so I walked in needing supplies. It was 2pm on a Monday. I hear a guy in the back ranting to another that someone walked in. The website said they are open until 5pm and the front door was open, so logically I'd assume they're open. They closed at noon. How was I supposed to know this? I will not repeat what the guy said to me. It wasn't very nice.
Perhaps a sign on the door saying "Closed" would help?
My advice is to avoid this place. If they treated me (a customer) like this, it doesn't say much about Pioneer's business ethics or customer support.
