So thankful for this practice! Dr. M-Pitcher is phenomenal! Absolutely phenomenal! We didn’t start out with a pediatric dentist - big mistake. The switch to Dr. M-Pitcher roughly 10 years ago - priceless! She’s thorough and genuine. She gives it to you straight with the best interest of the patient in mind, and takes the time to explain everything. The staff - from the time we walk in to the time we walk out are so patient and friendly, and makes us all feel so comfortable.

The entire staff at Pitcher pediatric is phenomenal! I am beyond impressed with their expertise and with making kids feel comfortable having dental work. My 4 yr old needed a couple cavities filled and was nervous at my dentist. After being recommended to Dr. Pitcher by my dentist, I can see why he said she is the best! Everyone was extremely caring and managed to make my daughter think she was having fun during her fillings. They are definitely good at what they do! Dr. Pitcher also took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. I fully recommend Pitcher pediatrics dental if you need a pediatric dentist for your child!

I have major anxiety when it comes to anything dental for myself or my kiddos. Dr. Pitcher and her staff always make me feel welcome and at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and yet never makes me feel judged. So grateful to have her as my children’s dentist!?

Pitcher Pediatric is the best! I have three children who have gone to Dr Pitcher starting when we moved to Pittsford 16 years ago. They have always graciously accommodated our scheduling challenges and provided truly thoughtful, caring service for the few painful visits we had to make (tooth extractions are probably hard to make “enjoyable”, but at least Dr Pitcher and staff made sure we were all as prepared and comfortable as possible).

Special needs child review:
When we first went to Dr. Pitcher, she was extremely helpful with my special needs daughter who has anxiety through the roof. My daughter needed quite a bit of dental work, and I was happy they used liquid sedation to calm her and get the work done ASAP. But as time went on, they didn’t try working with her to help her become comfortable, they just kept sedating her for cleanings. When my daughter got old enough to understand what was happening, she refused sedation. With her extremely high anxiety, she would spit it out, and once she was so terrified she kicked the dental chair. Remember, my daughter has special needs. Dr. Pitcher scolded her for spitting out the sedation, calling it “liquid gold, ” and she raised her voice to tell my daughter, “That is a $30,000 chair! ” That day, she referred us out, which is good because we would never go back there anyway. She referred us for the purpose of “needing” general anesthesia, but the place she referred us to is WONDERFUL. They said they have never had to do a cleaning under anesthesia, and they are willing to spend time with my daughter every 8 weeks, doing a little bit more every time until she is comfortable. The first day we walked out of their door, my daughter said, “I love the dentist! ” So no, we don’t need to drug our disabled kids to get their teeth cleaned, we need to spend the time helping them enjoy the dentist.

Very friendly staff and Dr Pitcher is wonderful. Always explains everything thoroughly. New office space is very comfortable.

We've seen Dr Pitcher since my children were babies and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The new office is beautiful and every visit we're treated like family.

Dr. Pitcher and staff did an exceptional job making sure my daughter felt comfortable during the extraction of 3 teeth. Our 2 children have been patients of Dr. Pitcher for over a decade. We have always received excellent, quality dental care from Dr. Pitcher and her team. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great experience!

We were referred to Dr. Pitcher when my son got a nasty cavity and needed the equivalent of a toddler root canal. Dr. Pitcher didn't make us feel like bad parents and took great care of our son. She and her staff did such a great job with that procedure it was an easy choice to keep bringing both boys to her. They've never been afraid of going in for an appointment, I can't recommend this pediatric dentist highly enough!

Dr Pitcher’s office is wonderful for kids! They are so patient and make your child feel comfortable. It is a great atmosphere for kids and so inviting! They have TV’s for when they get their teeth cleaned and prizes afterwards! Dr Pitcher is so kind and knowledgeable as well. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares about the children. Highly recommended!

Dr. Pitcher is a wonderful dentist and her staff is very friendly and caring. They have taken care of my 3 daughters from the beginning and have always been very attentive and supportive. The office is always very warm and friendly and clean.

We have always have an amazing experience at every appt. The front desk, the hygienists and Dr. Pitcher are all wonderful. We are never rushed and they work with you the way that works best for each individual child.

Our girls love the staff here ever since their first visit! They make it so fun and comfortable for little ones and take the time to make sure they aren’t scared. Between the waiting area, the roller coaster, prizes and more they actually love coming to the dentist. Highly recommend as a Pediatric dentist!

Dr. Pitcher and Dr. Rosen are wonderful. They are so great with my kids, explaining all the details in advance and showing them what they are doing. It really helps make the whole experience less scary. They were also amazing when my daughter broke a tooth with while we were vacationing in California. We were able to call them, send photos and video by email and find out it was something that could wait until we got home. We had an appointment within an hour of landing and now she has a beautifully repaired front tooth.

Everyone at Rosen Pitcher is so kind and the office is actually cozy! Drs. Pitcher and Rosen always take time to personally review each visit and explain everything in detail which helps patients take better control over dental health. Fantastic practice!

All the staff is so friendly and my kids are always comfortable and at ease! I can't thank them enough for helping keep my kids happy and healthy!

My 2 children have been coming to Dr Pitcher’s office since at a tender young age and each experience has been consistently first class. They treat my children very well. The front desk staff are warm, personable and always welcoming. Setting an appointment or rescheduling has never been an issue. The dental hygienist “Elaine” and others are so friendly and experienced with kids. Dr Pitcher is fantastic and a pleasure to talk to. She answers all your questions and you never feel rushed. I recommend this dental office 100 percent without any reservations.

Dr. Pitcher and her staff are awesome! My son actually enjoys going to the dentist! There is always a friendly, inviting atmosphere in the office which immediately puts the kids at ease. Our son had major anxiety over going to the dentist. Once we found Dr. Pitcher and her staff he’s been able to go anxiety free! All of the staff is wonderful and the hygienists are super patient!
