Pittsford Co-Op Nursery reviews
5PCNS has been a wonderful preschool for my kids. We have had amazing teachers who truly care about the kids. They introduce many academic skills through a play based approach and have a lot of fun together. I especially love the cooperative experience and being able to help out in the classroom. This creates a strong sense of community in the school and I’ll always be grateful for that. I can’t recommend this gem of a preschool enough.
My daughter attended PCNS for the 18/19 and 19/20 school year. I toured many schools prior to making my decision, and none of the schools compared to the warm, loving school climate PCNS has to offer. My son, now attends PCNS, and he requires a more personalized learning approach; I cannot say enough positive things about Mrs. Woodruff, Mrs. Gersh, and of course, Teresa during his year in the 4's classroom. The teachers and staff truly want whats best for your child and will do everything in their power to allow them to reach optimal success. I can truly recommend PCNS without reservation to all families.
My son loves the school at PCNS. The teachers are very friendly and have many years of experience. The Director and the board really care about the school and the kids there. What really sold me was the chance to be the help parent on a regular basis to see my son at the school and to engage with others kids and the teachers. It was a rewarding experience for our family and my son. Highly recommend this school to all.
PCNS has been the perfect introduction to school for both my son and my daughter. They learn the things they need as building blocks for the next step in their education in a safe, loving, play-based environment. It’s a small school where the families really get the chance to know each other and their excellent teachers. They have a wonderful facility with big classrooms that have plenty of space for floor play, circle times, and table activities, they have a great age-appropriate playground, and they have a very nice indoor activity room for truly inclement weather days. We couldn’t be happier!
PCNS is a wonderful nursery school. The cooperative experience is an incredible opportunity for parents to be involved in the classroom. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and supportive- the director and teachers are absolute top notch! My 4 year old is in his second year, and I look forward to enrolling my 2 year daughter for the fall, and 1 year old in future years.
