Pittsford Family Dental

I have been going to Pittsford Family Dental for a few years now and I’ve always had a great experience. They’re very accommodating when you need to be seen quickly and they don’t recommend unnecessary procedures. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’d like to especially acknowledge my dental hygienist Jessica. She is by far, the most efficient and skilled practitioner who has examined and cleaned my teeth along with taking X-rays. Dr. Carly is wonderful as well! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. I highly recommend this practice!

Love the staff at Pittsford Family Dental! They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The facility is state of the art and they always work with me to find appointments that are convenient to my schedule.

I’ve been a patient at PFD for several years and have alway had a positive experience. Dr. Carli is great to work with and provided excellent care when I went for veneers. Every hygienist is a pleasure to visit with and I no longer dread going to the dentist. Highly recommend this practice and their staff!

Lotte is the best dental hygienist I have ever come across. She’s talented, compassionate and has genuine interest in you as a person. God bless her.

I was seen promptly by Kaylie who was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Allison was kind and caring. She took care of my concerns and quickly fixed my tooth.
My only complaint is that it was freezing in the office. I was dressed appropriately with long pants and a long sleeved shirt but still it was way to cold to be comfortable.

The Staff, and the Dental technicians and Dentist have always been very reliable and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Connor’s practice, since 1987 when my family and I relocated to the Pittsford community.

Excellent work, they were on top of updates and health safety. Fast and helpful when cleaning and checking teeth and communication was great too. Been going here my whole life! So many wonderful hygienists and doctors:)

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, they take their time to make sure you understand what they are doing or what needs to be done. A very nice and professional group of people.

I've been going to Pittsford family dental since he opened his practice about 30 years ago. Now it's a practice of about 10+ dentists, mostly women, which makes me even more comfortable. They're up to date with the most current dental procedures.just couldn't wish 4 more! Highly skilled medical staff with super kind approach to their patients! I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience as always, everyone from front to back is extremely nice and caring. I think most people have fears or nervousness when going to the dentist, especially after a long time. The staff here makes you feel right at home, and like you're a regular visitor. 5/5 would recommend!

I am happy I chose Pittsburgh Family Dental when I moved to Rochester from Pittsburgh, PA. Everyone at this practice is very polite and caring - from the secretaries, dental assistants to the dentists and dental surgeons. All are pleasant, gentle, and very good at putting a nervous patient like me completely at ease. The care is not only pain free, but it is relaxing.
