Pizza and Bones reviews
16Best calzone. We tried three different specialties and all were excellent! The cook came out to chat and was a wonderful family dinner. Highly recommended for anyone that loves fresh tasting food and dough!
I placed a delivery order more than 24 hours in advance for 3 sheet pizzas to have after a soccer game. When the delivery time passed without any sign of pizza I called and was told they forgot to make the pizzas. I expressed my dissatisfaction, as I had a soccer team that was ready to eat and was given an attitude by the woman on the phone. I asked for a manager to contact me. The pizzas showed up 45 minutes late. I was still charged the delivery fee and they charged me for toppings that they actually forgot to put on the pizza. I was contacted the next day by a manager who apologized and offered 20% off the bill. However, she lacked the power to refund this money and said I would be contacted by another manager, which never happened. This business was not dependable and did not make-up for any of the issues I had. I would not recommend this business.
I would like to edit my review. I received a phone call with apology and explanation. She did not excuse the bad order. Since this was my first bad experience there, I will give them another chance.
Ordered many times, but last night was probably the last. Boneless wings were so hard you could hardly chew them. They were supposed to be mild - don't know what they were, but no hot sauce at all.
Pizza was good and lady at counter very friendly.
The best wings I’ve had upstate ever.
Might be on the pricey side. But 100% worth it every single time.
Good pizza and wings, definitely best in Dryden - I recommend the pizza often as it's definitely worth it
I have lived in this area for 10 years and have never loved a pizza place so much in my life. Their salads, calzones, pizzas, wings, cookies, burgers.you name it - it is all absolutely delicious. They always make sure that the customer is happy and they always go above and beyond to do their best. Thanks Pizza and Bones!
If you’re craving chicken wings or garlic knots, this is the place in Dryden to go. Fair prices with flavorful food. Charbroiled wings are some of the best I’ve had in the area. I highly recommend the honey golden bbq sauce. The salads are a little basic, but still very tasty, especially for the price. The staff is always very friendly. This is one of the places in town I find myself craving after a long day. If you’re debating whether to go here or not, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
I know the menu is pretty much the same as the Ithaca location, but trust me, this place is ALWAYS better. Even if you’re in Ithaca, it’s worth the drive to go to this location instead.
Passing thru on a road trip saw this pizza shop and decided to stop in. Was not disappointed. Hands down best road trip stop for food ever. The Phillies and the Reubens there are AMAZING. Highly recommend.
Everyone here is always wonderful and friendly. The food is always quick and delicious! I highly recommend the dill pickle chips!
Who wants a giant glob of congealed cheese on undercooked bread topped with strange hopefully real chicken that's supposed to be spiedie that tastes like cardboard? Not me! This is unfortunately the worst pizza I've ever had, and I've gotten food poisoning from pizza before.
Everyone who said Carrozza is better is nuts. My family agreed after a taste test of both that pizza and bones pizza blew it out of the water
Jeff at pizza and bones is an amazing guys. Always treats each customer as the most important. The food he and Marie make is always top notch. I traveled this world and the one thing I always bragged on was NY pizza. I was really let down when I came back until
I met them. They make pizza and bones in my opinion stand miles above all else.
AWESOME burgers! GREAT cheesesteaks! Speciality calzone are AMAZING too! Something for everyone and different side sauces to try. I got the Greek calzone with tzatziki on the side instead of marinara SO GOOD!
Ordered online for delivery. They didn’t deliver. Went in to get it. Told them we were charged for delivery, they told us that we weren’t. We checked the receipt later and we were charged. I think this may be an issue with their online ordering system, I’m not sure.
Always good food every time I order, usually order 1-3 times a week. Best pizza in the area and you can’t too the garlic knots anywhere around here.
