Pizza Hut, Brooklyn NY

The store I ordered from informed me that they were out of sodas since I had ordered a 4pack and would get a refund. Has not happened, tried calling the store no answer for 15 mins. My pizza was rushed by the look and bake of it (Detroit Style) it was not crisp and the toppings and sauce were just thrown on. Also ordered an icing dip and was missing from my order. Again, no answer to phone calls. Also the food was cold.

Never would I order from this place again.it took me 4 hour before I can get my pizza.and the customer service is zero down to the Manger.

NEVER AGAIN! If I could I would give them 0 stars. Placed my order today at 7: 30pm and the got a text saying it was out for delivery at 7: 57. Called them to check my order status at 8: 50 and Chad asked for the number that placed the order then put me on hold for 30 mins. Then I called from another phone and he picked up immediately and said to hold on while he checks. AGAIN placed on hold for another 20 minutes. Then called back and asked to change my order for pickup now being 9: 25. I get to the store to ask about my order. I was told my food got cold and their making it over after it being said it was out for delivery. Employees are in the back joking around while more customers were coming in complaining about the long wait for there orders also. Finally get my order at 10: 25 check and food is missing! Chad goes to the back and asked about our order #127 Then Chad (front cashier/receptionist) says that they ran out of pasta and kept saying they substituted it for another pizza which I did not want, and gave it back to them. I asked about the delivery fee and refund being put back on my card which it hasn’t. Get it together, HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I would like to reach a strongly agree, I was looking forward to my thin crust pizza with pepperoni and boneless garlic parmesan wings. I assumed since my order did have other pizza items my request for thin crust was over looked and I was dissapointed. A small detail would have made my experience so much better.

I always do delivery from this store. Had an issue with the pizza, slices were not cut evenly. When I called I spoke with someone and they took care of it right away, I must say their customer service is great! Food is also good. I am a regular customer and glad to know that this store is close by,

When I got the box I saw the sticker where it closed open and I don’t know if it’s confirmed or not but I think the delivery guy might’ve took 1 slice of the pizza and the pizza was warm aswell so I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER and it did taste good BUT the warm part of it kinda ruined it

It would nice to not steal stuff from my order next time, I never received the drink or the chicken order that I paid for.

The place itself looks as any other pizza hut does, it was clean and I didn't have any issues finding the location. The food itself was good for the most part. The cheese sticks were perfect, the chicken Alfredo pasta was also good, but a mini pan pizza I got tasted okay, not as good as it usually is. The staff was nice, but I did have a wrong item and a missing item when I first picked up my order. I had to go back to exchange the bread sticks I received for the cheese sticks I had ordered. The missing item was just an extra marinara sauce so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it shouldn't have been missing to begin with. Good food, just some slight issues.

I call this location to order 2 pies and the guy who pick up the phone and tell me that I have to call a different store SMH

Love Pizza Hut, but it’s pretty pricey. Especially ordering on Uber eats However

So yesterday I place an order for a large pie, 16 boneless wings a 2 L orange soda and brownies. I never received my wings my pizza was cold which I probably could’ve dealt with in the 2 L I received was a Pepsi. When I was told to go downstairs and meet the driver he didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes. I called him and he never responded. When he finally delivered the food there were no wings. I called him 3 times before he picked up just for him to tell me he didn’t get any wings and I had to call the store. On my first call to the store the call was forwarded, on the second they picked up and hung up and on my third attempt they put my on standby where I listened to music before I finally los my patience and hung up. This was the worst experience ever and it was exactly because of things like this I decided to stop ordering from Pizza Hut. With this kind of service and outcome I would never recommend Pizza Hut.

Ensure that all items ordered are delivered. The issue with my missing item was rectify but because I had to wait for the delivery it was a huge inconvenience

Pizza was good but I tried to order over the phone and was unsuccessful. I tried ordering on line a personal meat lover unsuccessful as well you are not able to order it.

My food took a little longer than 15 minutes on a Friday night but it was worth the wait. My order was correct, pizza and wings was hot, my food was good.

Being able to get order or refund. Did not receive order. Also customer service need to be better.
