Answer the phone, not only was I delivered the wrong order after an 1 hour and 10 mins of being late. I got the run around on the phone when I not only wanted to cancel the order but also correct the problem.

Store is small, standing room only.
Stuff Crust Pizza was Average,
Boneless Chicken& Pizzone I Recommend.
Service not bad either.

I reached out to rectify dissatisfaction with an order and received a "cut and paste" response that did not address the situation.

Terrible service, I only live about 10-15mins away and your telling me it takes you 2 hours to deliver my food? ! And you don’t even want to answer the phone when I call? ! Never ordering from here again. Only if order for pick up. Their delivery service sucks!

Horrible place! Waited over 30 minutes for an order that was wrong! And then they told me they were out of “pan pizza” which was what I ordered and then proceeded to make me pay for a pizza I did not order because of their mistake! Customer service was horrible and I would never want to go back!

To many people waiting inside.u order on app it tell u is ready when u get there still not ready and waited an additional 35 minutes for something they said was already ready. Ooh and still got the whole order wrong.

If I have to come out of my house to come downstairs and out of my building to get something that I wanted delivered then these people should not be looking for a tip. They deliver food in a bag that is supposed to keep the food hot and it still arrived not even warm. It is just really messed up that the quality of service that you receive is based on the neighborhood you live in.

Horrible gave the delivery guy complete wrong address and I had it place to the right address, food got here really cold almost 1 hour later, i got charged for a soda they didn’t give to the delivery guy which i payed for something I didn’t get, I called to speak to a manger which didn’t even know how to assist me with my issue, then asked me for my card number which I wasn’t even comfortable with doing after the whole thing going on with my food, I’ll never order from this location again.

I Ordered From Here Online Yesterday And My Food Was Suppose To Be Delivered Through Doordash, Which Was Pizza Hut Choice NOT MINES. One Hour After My Food Said Out For Delivery I Called The Driver He Laughed And Joked On The Phone & Couldn't Say When He Will Show Up. I Hung Up And Called The Number Provided To The Store Customer Service Answered I Then Asked For My Refund, The Person Was Very Rude And Transfer Me To What They Said The Store Manager Would Pick Up Which Wasn't True It Was A Dead Line That Rung And Then Started To Deep And Hung Up On Me. This Is By Far My Worse Experience And To Top It Off My Bank Was Charge Three Times For Pizza I Didn't Receive At All. I Just Want My Money Back And This My First And Definitely My Last Ordering Pizza Hut EVER I Gave One Star Cause It Wouldn't Allow Me To Leave No Star.

Too expensive n you have to go on line to get a deal. What if people don't have access to a computer?

Placed a delivery order, food took forever and the delivery person was very rude. On top of that, he forgot part of my order. I called and they did offer to send the rest of my order but I was honestly worried that they’d spit in my food (that’s the kind of place this Pizza Hut is). I asked for a refund or store credit for my items that didn’t come.

The manager got on the phone and called me a liar! Then they put me on a 20 min hold and hung up on me. I’ll never order from here again. Wish 0 stars was an option.

Horrible! Just horrible customer service. Alex had me on hold for 15min and another girl has and attitude problem, nobody trust a mean person to prepare their food!

The most inappropriate and unprofessional staff ever. One of the manager's was in the back cursing and talking about things that should not be heard by customers. One female employee laughed and joked about how another employee grabbed her breast. On top of that! The store was filthy! I guess its best to get delivery because going to the store is out of the question for me.

Pizza was mediocre. The cashier who took care of me was kind but the place was dirty. I'm surprised they have an A for a grade.

Pizza taste good and all but two times i have received orders with the pizza being too small and one time the pizza was cut a little too much. Overall great service, delivery people are cool and nice. They should just rush a little less on their pizzas.

They charge $8.00 per Pierre for delivery. Not $8.00 per delivery, $8.00 per Pie. If you by 3 pies, that is $24.00 for only delivery. That's outrageous. They are ripping people of, especially handicapped people.

Good service. I ordered through the app for pickup on Superbowl Sunday and they were on point. 4 stars because the parking lot situation is a nightmare.

My order was two hours late, after being told it would be there in 20 minutes. When it finally arrived the driver had the audacity to have me come down at 12: 25 a.m. To get cold food. I followed up the next day and informed the manager about my horrible experience. The manager stated he could only give me $10.00 in store credit. I then requested to speak to a store manager and was told “I can’t give you his name over the phone”. Why would I want to order again for you guys ‍️ What is $10.00 dollars going to do for me!?
