Good pizza, cheesy bread sticks, and wings for the kids/family. They are never disappointed with Pizza Hut for dinner on take out nights.

My entire order was incorrect. I live 20min away from the restaurant and was not driving back out after getting home with the wrong food. The manager would not refund my order and said I would get a credit to my account but still has not happened

I love Pizza Hut and drove all the way from Connecticut because theres no more pizza huts here but once I got my food I was just disappointed with the quality and taste. My chicken Alfredo was mostly Alfredo. No cheese. No tasty chicken. Just a bowl full of sauce.

Ordered a chicken alfredo pasta and there was no chicken in it and when i called to get one with chicken they said they couldn’t do it tonight and can get a refund the next day so i wouldn’t even bother going to this location

I honestly went here for a nostalgic birthday dinner and was not disappointed. Pizza was delicious and came out just as I ordered. The bread sticks were really fresh and just as I remembered, especially with the dipping sauce. There really isn't table service here, but you can order in and they will bring it to the table for you. They give you paper plates and plastic utensils. Service is pretty great considering it really isn't offered any more. Overall go in with low expectations and you will be rewarded!

Great food some pizza huts I’ve been to in the past have fallen off so far this location doesn’t disappoint as good as remember from the old days

The pizza tasted great. I walked into Mohegan Lake Pizza Hut and ordered two pizzas expecting to pay the price advertised on television, $6.99 each for two. I was informed that that location did not follow the corporate pricing. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING. I feel I was robbed or at least taken advantage of.

Super rude people, specially the manager, terrible costumer service. I ORDER ONE FAMILY BOX, but they made 2 by mistake and they wanted to charge me both of them even when I had proof of the email I received stating the total I had to pay. I have a lot points from all the times I have ordered and they declined to give the cinnamon buns that I wanted to redeem with my points, like.what the F are points for then.never again will I order here. Aways check your credit card, they might chatge you something you didn't order.

I ate 1 slice then waiter asked to wrap up the rest. I said no I’m still eating. Didn’t see him again for 20-25 minutes, until I had to call out to him to get his attention. Then the bill was several dollars more than menu price. He points to a piece of paper taped up In front of the cash register. You can’t see it when you walk in & wait to be seated. I asked why he didn’t tell me about the price increase and he said oh I should have. Well what I should’ve done was gone back to the table and left him half as much of a tip to cover the cost of the jacked up price. Worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant

Pizza was hot and fresh at the time of arrival and the staff member was courteous and friendly. I recommend this Pizza hut location on the nights you do not have the energy to prepare a meal.

Mohegan Lake Pizza Hut Branch: pizza was made fast, it was hot, crust was outstanding, toppings aplenty. In short, a perfect and tasty pizza!

This is the best place i have ever eaten at if i could give it 10/5 stars i would i hope when i have kids i can take them here so they can enjoy the food as much as i did. Quality service and the nicest people i have ever met.

My favorite place. After moving up far up in NY I wanted to find another pizza hut that was closed. The staff is always friendly and nice. I love the Hershey brownies which I ways get with my order. The store is always clean.

If I could give -10 stars I would. The General Manager Moni at the store is rude, racist and refused service because his staff messed up my orderly poorly and gave me old pizza. He was not there that day but made a judgment call to say his employees were in the right. Had me place my coupon order online to only be told I’m not making it because it was correctly made. I was very calm with him. Customer service has the call recorded. I have video evidence. Poor poor quality trash general manager Moni. Purely disgusting all the money I spent there for someone to accuse you incorrectly I will not tolerate.
