Pizza Hut, Olean NY

No one out pizzas the hut. The management is fantastic and great to work with at the Olean store!

The quality isn't good. The front of the house is way over their head. This is indictive of mismanagement. The stuff crust pizza we ordered wasn't even cut all the through. The pieces were all misshapened. Such a sad state as I was looking forward to to the reopening.

We placed an order online and it said 45mintue wait but by the time we checked out the time was a hour and half wait time. But we already checked out, I called the store to cancel the order and they were like ok sorry about that and haven't issued our refund. $50 is alot and this is day 4

Why did you ever change your pan pizza? Also what’s up when you call an order in? It’s crazy! And it takes nearly 10 minutes to do so. Very un happy with the way you have to call in. Many changes and not all for the best.

They place way more priority on any order that isn’t seated. The pizza tasted nothing like a true Pizza Hut Pizza Hut used to. Honestly, I’ve had better frozen pizzas. And they were out of breadsticks. Yea, out of them! Not sure when pizza huts stopped making their own breadsticks, but apparently they don’t anymore. So very sad to say, I will never go there again. Bring back the Pizza Hut we all remember!

Not worth the 25 min wait I've gad much better, save your money go to Little Ceasars

Man, have missed Pizza Hut. Finally got to the one that opened in Olean. It did not disappoint! The place was packed with people picking up take out orders and although they said on their website that the dining room was not open, every table was taken! The food was as good as we remembered. The staff was very busy but doing a great job with attention to detail and with a gracious attitude. We brought home enough to satisfy our cravings for a while!

Was always a customer before they closed. Ordered on line picked up my food drive 30 minutes home and my order wasn't complete so had to drive 30 minutes to get the rest of my order. All I got was o I'm sorry I didn't grab it. So now I am eating cold pizza. Won't be back.

Truly despicable service. Sat for 2 hours with no food, 1 hour for standing for a table and another for food. 0/5 would not recommend. Go to PA if you want Pizza Hut.

They were incredibly busy but still had us in and out within an hour. Pizza was great and just like I remember. The chicken pasta is not as good as it used to be. I did not get anything to dip my bread sticks in and there was old food stuck to both sets of our silverware.

Pizza tasted and looked nothing like Pizza Hut Pizza the Wings were awful the only good thing was breadsticks those were like the original however the marinara dipping cups are tiny

No delivery available. Pizza was not made to order. Only thing that was good was that I ordered online and was ready to pick up in 25 mins.

It was a pleasure to meet the owner Bob C. He was very attentive to my wife Sandy and I. Our waitress Kylie was very polite and gracious server. And the food was good, especially the wings. Great to have them back in the area.

This is the second time i have ordered lunch from this pizza hut.both time my order has been messed up.this time my breadstix had nothing on them. Hopefully they get it together, i know i will not be going back anytime soon. DO NOT recommend using this location.

DISAPPOINTING FIRST VISIT - so anticipating our visit after years without one. Pop - flat, no fizz.breadsticks burnt & hard to cut, 2 melts made wrong (they did redo) & cooked till hard.everything was overcooked.it was clean, good service. Now train the cooks please.

Placed an order at 6: 30pm was told to pick up at 8: 20pm? Was just a dinner box? When I did pick up it was already done in warming oven because the place was empty. Asked for cheese bread with marina sauce just got breadsticks no sauce food was warm because of the holding oven. Mckenzie was very oppologic and was willing to fix the order but after waiting 2hrs for a pizza I wasn't willing to wait any longer

Reopened as of April 25th, 2023! We went on the second day as it was very busy! We were lucky to get a seet! They were very fast and efficient! Food tasted the same and it was very good! No buffet or salad bar, but it was good! They messed up my pizza, so I got another one for free! It's completely understandable as it's their first week of being open. They also gave us some free cup holders for opening week! We would come back. The prices were great and filled us with leftovers for tomorrow.

NEEDS BETTER STAFFING AND ORGANIZATION NEEDS APROVING. AFTER WATCHING FOR A HALF HOUR AND STILL NOT SEEING TABLES CLEAN AND EVEN GETTING ACKNOWLEDGED BY TGE HOSTESS WE LEFT
