8I love pizza hut. Sometimes they mess order up but they are really good about fixing it or refunding money or giving ur next order free if this happens. Staff is awesome and they been there forever so they know what they are doing they really are best part of this pizza hut!

Typical Pizza Hut, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately like most pizza huts it was a little dirty.
Some people can’t help but lie I guess. I ordered an order of breadsticks at 9: 17pm. They told me it would be 10-15 minutes. I arrived at 9: 27 pm. He handed me the breadsticks and I asked if they were fresh and he said “Yes they are fresh out of the oven. ”
I didn’t even get to my truck and I opened the box and the sticks are barely lukewarm some of them are cold. There is NO WAY they just came out of the oven.
It’s one thing to run a business poorly. It really takes it to a different level when they lie. Horrible business practice.
Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza but when we visited today the person making our pizza was not wearing gloves. He used his hands to spread everything on the pizza. I thought every worker had to wear gloves. Unsanitary.
Dough was chewy and under cooked. $40 for 2 pizzas, over priced. Wouldn’t mind if I didn’t have to come home and cook the pizza for 10 minutes
I am only sharing my frustration! I really do like thier food but I stopped by for thier pick 2 $9.99 lunch deal and NO WHERE on the flyer/menu did is say you had to get a pizza and a side, it said pick 2. I even checked the fine print, Nothing stating you couldn't have 2 Personal Pizzas or 2 Side Dishes. So, Frustrating!
Absolutely disgusting. Same owner as New Hartford yet they clearly don’t care about this location, everything is pieced together. Stacks of soda crates in the dining area. My bf used the restroom and said it looked like someone had shaved in the mens room, hair all over the sink. Later to find shaven hair on our pizza plates Employees standing around looking very unkept (surprising I know considering they were freshly shaved) maybe clean your work clothes, clean your nails, wipe down your workspace. It was disgusting which sadly pizza is delicious just NOT THIS LOCATION!
