Pizza Hut, Bronx NY

Nobody in this establishment wears gloves, I placed an order for pick up and there was one employee touching the cash register with BARE HANDS and then returning to touch peoples food as well. There was a Childs coat on a chair in the back. The employees bring their kids to work here all the time. Its so dirty and so ghetto i do not recommend anyone to spend their money here. They need to hire a whole new staff of PROFESSIONAL employees who know how to maintain a work space and who can follow health guidelines. This place is disgusting, the employees are ghetto af and its ridiculous.

Love there's Pizza Hut take-out franchises popping up in Kingsbridge/Riverdale area, and especially along upper Manhattan, that's very much needed. Ordered a supreme pizza cost $20.29 plus tax, came out $22.09. I customize (omitting and adding) ingredients to my preference. Pizza tasted great and very fresh. Staff is friendly, respectful and attentive. Area is clean, which I noticed right away and important to me. I will definitely be a repeated customer to this 230th near Broadway location, until the Pizza Hut at 191 & St Nicholas opens, which is some time in early 2024.

They’re very unorganized and I’ve had missing pieces of my order. Check your food always. But the food was done well. But again service needs work. Honestly after this place I rather get my pizza at a regular mom and pop spot.

I like this place. This was my third time going there. The staff is always nice and the pizza was good the first and second time. This time my pizza melt was not edible. It was hard and tasted old. I threw it away.

Ordered Big Dinner Box tonight - no marinara sauce was included and pizza was cold. Highly disappointing considering what we paid.

Initially my first experience with this location wasn't the best. However the manager Sapphire contacted me personally which I thought was sooooo professional and caring being in retail management for 10 years now myself. She apologized for not so great experience and explained why it happened which I completely understood. I was given a credit for my next order even more than my original order. I picked up my order today and the staff was very nice and attentive. Store was cool and clean and had nice conversation with the current staff team. Front register guy was really cute too and went a step further to open the door for me to exit. Thanks guys. Food was hot and ready and delicious.

Best customer service I have ever gotten from a pizza hut! I sent my son in to order the pizza and the cashier actually brought the food out to my car. There was no pick up order or anything. My son came to bring me my card and was talking to me and she brought the pizza and mountain dew out! I am beyond grateful and that woman deserves a raise and so much more!

I ordered online, and it was accurate time. Very friendly employees. This is my second time coming here.i love pizza hut since I was a little girl.

Eduardo provides excellent service as does the young lady Antwenette who made our pie. That said the late night team is as good with a friendly lady with blue eyes Managing the store & Elliott who makes sure you have all you order.

Do not waste your time coming here. I was so excited when I found out they were building a Pizza Hut only to be completely disappointed. The staff hates their life, the restaurant is not clean AT ALLLL, and the food is not good. First, the staff was completed rude when I walked in talking amongst themselves and on their phone as if I didn't exist. On top of that, the restaurant should be clean especially if you have time to be on your phone. I will NEVER come back here and I urge others if you have a car to go to the one in Yonkers!

This is the dirtiest place known to man.some white guy wit pink hair sneezing back there smoking vapes takin orders. Some fat wit girl wit a belly shirt and crocs wit dirty socks on real loud and belligerent wow I can’t believe it. No gloves no nets this man was cleaning tables wit the napkins they give customers Smells like someone soiled themselves back there I think it was the guy wit pink hair

I ordered for delivery a pizza, bread sticks, wings and a soda. The pizza was horrible so cold and nasty same with the breadsticks and they forgot to send soda and wings. I will never order from this place the worst experience

My order was prepared right. Other than my order being canceled, the store had enough courtesy to call me on the phone to tell me what happened. After that, my order came and it was hot and delicious.

The from the making of my order to get it delivery to my door.it took 55 minutes and the order was cold.
They I'm guessing are new, not enough personal, with experience.
I would give it another try by delivery.
The delivery guy was very sharp with knowledge how to get from Hut place to my address

I will never be going back to this location ever again in my life on this earth. I went there june 8th around 6: 30pm

The staff- Fighting almost to pysical altercation, Yelling at one another, inappropriate attire, young lady with belly shirt, link chain belly ring, Another one with durag. No hair nets on some of them, no gloves at all, you got hands in your face, young men kept pulling on the beard, in they nose & your ears while preparing you meal with no gloves and their right in front of you. Young lady keep sneezing in common food area and she was late is guess this happens a lot also started a fight.

You come into work, where's the hand washing- straight into it, proper hand washing and changing of gloves frequently, people with food allergies like myself who vegetarian cross contamination. It took a customer to ask the manager to correct these problems because she was mortified and so was I but he was like absolutely payed her no regard.

Lack of proper management, No teamwork, No organization, Unsanitary.

Backed up on tickets, they told customers they were taking any more orders. I understand that, no control.

Food- decent not great, they get alot of orders wrong theres no follow-up, repeating and checking is the key. A few people came back with wrong orders including myself, thankfully the young lady and night manager that came in at 7: 30 closes to 8 corrected it, rest of night crew does late night we're so kind and apologetic I appreciate them. After I had come all the way from back home to get a new order made after I open it seen meat cover pizza that I didn't order in my dinner box. So much food wasted and had to thrown out and that's money honey.

You work in customer service & Food service. Do better, not good at all. Senior citizen mom with auto immune and child at home what they would have gotten really sick. It's not okay

I'll never go back even if they pay me.you'll see for your self.they won't last in this neighborhood.

The pizza and everything
They send it burnt and they don't put security on the delivery boxes.those who prepare the pizzas must change! It's horrible to buy something uncovered and burned.

I watched a worker scratch his neck, scratch his ear and started making a pizza with his bare hands without the use of gloves.disgusting. First time coming into this place and never coming back.
