Pizza Palace Cafe, Queens NY

Called in advance to get pizza delivered to my kid’s daycare for a birthday party. Pizza came 1 hour late and was ice cold.
Driver also asked for a tip even though we tipped by card in advance. The ‘manager’ Arthur was also useless had nothing to say other than the driver doesnt speak english.

Outrageous service. I ordered one pie pizza they told me over the phone. It will take 30 minutes which it was not a problem. However, I came to pick up my order. The pizza was gave away to other people after all 10 minutes after my arrival, the clerk did not know how to approach to me, then he told me we do not know what happened to your order but the pizza is missing. I’m like seriously? I waited 40 minutes you telling me this. They are like if you want, we can make a new pizza it will take a 20 to 25 minutes no apologies nothing how can you run a business like this Shame on you. I’m sorry if it does hurt your business, but you have to learn your lesson.

Pizza and everything on the menu, is always fresh and delicious! Great service, with friendly staff! Highly recommended!

So, I weekly buy 3 sesame bagels from this Pizza place and normally without issue. Monday the cashier rang up my order and I gave her $10 bill. She asked me did I have another. I told her no and she called the owner/manager who proceeded to hold the bill up to the light. He then called another person to look at the bill. So, after 3 people it was decided that the bill was not counterfeit. I had been a customer for over a year and I was humiliated. No one gave an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. I will not frequent this establishment again.

Great cosher pizza. Crust was baked properly good, without wet spots. A plenty of topping create a good impression. One of the few places that are open on public holidays.
In general, they were very satisfied. Keep it up.

I would’ve gave it a higher rating but this is why it’s low so the delivery was on time ok the guy comes I open the door I take it as soon as I take it he steps more than a foot to my house witch got me so mad and started to look around for like 3 seconds I didn’t wanna say anything but I have cameras and I have proof he was wearing a light blue shirt black cap glasses height tall black beard and this just shocked a delivery person has no right to just step a foot in your house it got me really ANGRY!

Ordered 2 pies, have never seen such an ugly pizza pies, half a pie looked weird, chunks of melted cheese separated from the dough part, and it's on both pies. Please check in front of them before you pick up. Pies are placed right on the carton box, no white paper under, very unprofessional and sloppy.

This is the place to go! Great friendly workers. Great variety of food, and coffee! When I’m in town I’m stopping In!

Horrible place to order from. Ordered pizza, it took 2 1/2 hours to deliver and came cold. When I called to complain got a rude lady to tell me that there is nothing they can do.

The food is usually served fresh and hot. Sometimes, if I'm ordering a few slices of pizza, it will not be so fresh since it stands behind the glass. Overall, this pizza spot is decent.

Horrible horrible pie was uncooked the sushi wasn’t fresh what the heck is the point of this kosher restaurant isn’t it supposed to be fresh and good better off eating non kosher and spending your hard earned money with them disgusting disgrace definitely will be reporting this place

Very tasty pizza, fresh and delicious! The croissants are yummy. The coffee is good. The chocolate croissant is excellent. The salmon platter is fresh.

They have good pizza but I have never waited 2+ hours just for one pie of pizza to be delivered from 3 blocks away. I'm so mad very disappointed

First and last time ordering breakfast from this place. Not only do they not answer their phone. They gave me a burnt bagel with a tea spoon of cream cheese

Stood at the front counter for more than 5 mins before being acknowledged and instead of greeting me was met with “what are you waiting for? ” Bagels are good but I don’t care how good your food is if your customer service is horrible. Guy with a beard and glasses is wearing no mask and doesn’t seem to plan to as he doesn’t even have one on him! At a time like this when small businesses are struggling to keep the lights on show some gratitude to your customers.

I ordered 1 slice and spicy fries I asked multiple times for the spicy fries they kept on forgetting or they just didn’t care! Terrible customer service! GOT SCAMMED!
