Ruined my clothes. I hate to give this place a bad review because the price was decent and the staff were friendly, but I got it back with a ton of black spots on my clothes. White undershirts are completely trashed and my previously nice shirt has been demoted to casual wear. I’m 100% positive that I didn’t have a pen or marker with my clothes, so the only thing I can think of is that they probably washed mine with someone else’s that did, or had a pen they didn’t notice in there from a previous load.

Great experience! Friendly family owned laundry with coin operated machines. Just enough space for two people to fold fresh laundry. Maybe you don’t feel like doing the laundry or have time? I have gone 3 times. The old man washes wonderfully. Young workers not so much. The first time I met this adorable man. He left my sheets and clothes super clean, smelling great and the whites whiter. Unfortunately, the second time I ended up with one of the workers. They go fast and don't pay attention to details. I asked him to use bleach on the white clothes, and detergent on the colored ones. The clothes felt like they had been washed without detergent, the whites a dirtier color. The colored clothes smelled of oil. I recommend that you only go when you see that adorable man serving!

I do not recommend! I arrived at 20: 30 with a little laundry and asked to use it - it's a shame they don't update that they only accept customers until 20: 00! I begged the owner of the laundry because I have no clothes and I have a flight tomorrow and he did not agree to one machine.so even if the business is good - complete inhumanity.

Good service and great value. We got 2 weeks dirty clothes washed and folded for less than the cost of getting 2 shirts cleaned through the hotel.

We decided to go here based on reviews and price. This was the best decision, particularly considering the price the hotel wanted to charge. Quick turn around and the clothes are returned folded.

There aren't too many laundromats in the area, so we went to this one. It's okay, reasonable prices on the washer and dryer but the employees are very reluctant to help newbies like us. Quite unpleasant. What's more, we had to help two Colombians who were more lost than us. If it's because of the employees, they're still trying to do the laundry.

The shop here is not just as good as a laundromat gets, its as good as businesses get. Very well run, pleasant and excellent service all three times I went.

Basic wash and fold laundry service. Cheap prices. I brought my items in a laundry bag, but they were returned in a clear plastic bag. Disappointed to see them waste a plastic bag when I brought a reusable bag.

Staying in NYC for a week and needed to some laundry for a family of four. Spent $14 on two triple loads and about $5 for dryers. Took about an hour and a half total. Got in shortly after 8am and there was no problem getting machines. Very helpful and hard working staff!

The people were very nice but the first machine I used for my whites had something black that stained all of my clothes and it was broken so did not drain properly. Disappointing to discover after putting them through the dryer black spots on every item of white clothing that is permanent. Generally a fine location but this was quite upsetting.

I used this laundromat to wash clothing while I was traveling and staying at a hotel around the corner. The early opening time was extremely helpful since I needed to clean some clothes before I checked out at 10: 00 AM, and the prices were fair. Friendly staff made doing laundry here a pleasure.
