Staff was lazy, didnt clean up gym or replenish cleaning sprays with cleaning fluid just water. Very unwelcoming

Love the staff. Clean? , but not everyone wipes down after they finish like other gyms. They have plenty of disinfectant? You will even see staff wiping down equipment daily. All people in gym seem healthy, who works out when sick any way. Have a great workout and keep your immune system happy.

I got robbed here. The locker got clipped (not the actual lock) they took some money but not the wallet.they knew exactly where I stashed it. Someone was watching. Might of been an inside job

Some much varies to work with. If you are coming for legs you have options for legs if you are coming for arms you will have many different machines for arms

I like this location. Am.a. Black.card.memeber.from.another state. This one kinds of remind of the one back.home.everything is on.one floor unlike.one in Brooklyn that has two.floors which I hate. Staff friendly. Its clean. Weight machines are always full tho. But members are generous and kind in.sharing

Cool place to workout if you know what you’re doing and/or have an exercise plan. After the new year I noticed a lot of newer members utilizing floor space (which is limited) and equipment but not actually working out, which is irritating because I just wanna put in my work and go. I also wish some people were more cognizant of personal space. This lady dragged her mat inches away from mine and there was plenty of space. Other than that it’s an affordable and convenient place to work on your fitness goals.

This is one if my best planet fitness gym's. Parking is available, great customer service.the equipment is clean, operable and easy to user.

One of my favorite places since I enjoy a good workout! Not for those who need classes to motivate them, but if you are like me and appreciate headphones, music and personal time, you can zone out in PF to a solid workout!

I wish people would rerack their weights at this gym. That's my only main concern. Otherwise free parking which helps a lot.

I like this Planet Fitness, it is actually my favorite. I am a black card member and I have been to several of the gyms in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Yonkers. I always find that the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the updated equipment and the variety of equipment for different levels of working out. I do however, have one complaint. Although the female locker room is always clean (I cannot speak for the male's locker room of course), there's not always soap in the dispensers at the sinks. I once had to get soap from the shower dispenser. That's it, otherwise this gym is great.

I walked in this place to inquire about joining I simply asked if I could use the bathroom and the guy with a personal trainer shirt on advised me that if I was not a member I was not allowed to use the restroom, I told him I wanted to join but just wanted to wash my hands because I just had my hands under the hood of my car oh, he told me I was not allowed to use the bathroom.so I did an about-face and join another gym not far away, if I ran a business like this oh, I would be out of business

Equipments are well placed. Staff is helpfull and everyone keeps to themselves. You can go into your own work-out-world and that's a great thing. Gets a little crowed sometimes but that's good B/C it means it's lit:). Wish it had classes or workout programs. Just a section bigger to acommodate that, then it would be perfect (at least for me it would). Maybe a basketball court too I don't play but it's a need. Many guys look for that. Your welcome.

Good gym Inexpensive. Not my type of Gym because the Purple and Yellow makes me nauseous. There's no amenities. I want amenities.

In my opinion the gym is not bad and it's convenient for me. Look like they recently updated their machines. The staff could be more friendly usually they are busy having a conversation with each other instead of paying attention to the people coming in. Also the locker rooms can be better maintained, a few of the lockers are bent. I also feel there should be a time limit on the weight machine, some people just sit there or leave their towel and stuff on there while working out on another machine. Preventing other people from using it. So I feel staff should check periodically to make sure it's being used or make sure someone isn't on their more than a 1/2 an hour. That's just my opinion.

Place has gotten better overall. New machines.staff seem to care more about the place now then befor. Great improvement

The service is very bad and the inployer are not professional they don't know how to treat a costumes I am not happy with the way they service is

Went today 4th of July. This place is terrible. People working out in dirty jeans, street clothes, and construction boots. Staff says nothing. People walking in who are not members. People don’t know how to act with the proper gym decorum. Nasty attitudes everywhere from this population at this location. The place was over crowded. Paper Towel machines always broken or empty. The worst experience I ever had in my life. I am cancelling my membership. Never again.

This planet fitness center coud have gotten a 5 star rating but it's a 4 star rating because they need up to date equipment and more experienced personal trainers as well.

Great place to work out. Convenient hrs and affordable price. Huge parking lot. Plus security circulate parking lot.

I like this place but I wish they would post signs about people sitting on the machines for long period of time using they’re phone and not the machine. This place is usually a little crowded in the mornings and is very upsetting when all you want to do is exercise and leave and the limited machines they have are being occupied by people using they’re phones and not working out! Please post LARGE SIGNS indicating proper etiquette when using the gym.

Update: I have spoken to the people in the front several times about the situation but it goes unattended. I really enjoy coming to this place as I feel welcome by most of the gym goers. I just wish that they address the fact that some people become owners of certain machines & don’t allow others to use them as they stay there for over 40 minutes. Also when you sit in a machine to have conversation or text on your phone you’re taking up space that someone else can be using as I stated before please address this situation as I really enjoy this gym & would love to continue coming. Great workout for an even greater price just some people ruin it for others.
