Multiple guests not wearing a mask or not wearing that correctly. Contacted the staff to inform them staff walks right by just not wearing masks don't even say anything to the guest ridiculous March 6th at 4 p.m. Obviously staff not doing their job poorly managed location

Need professional manager. Very bed customer service not clear bathroom no paper customer service 0 very Rude manager long line do not waist money time

I enjoy coming to this gym, to relive stress and enjoy the WiFi. It'll be more fun when capacity reaches 100 percent.

I read those peoples reviews saying stuffs don’t care, people don’t wear mask. Every time I go there everybody has their mask and workers walking around to make sure people’s masks are on. I go usually around 6-7-8-9 pm
Very friendly staffs too?

I dont like 2 things about this gym compare to the other gym like Lucille roberts, first they have no mirrors at all they should have mirrors in the workout area, and the second they have very small almost no workout area, you have to get up move from the place so people can pass by very soon going to switch back to Lucille Roberts.

Lots of machines. Nice relaxation room. A little crowded but no long waits. For $10/mth it's pretty awesome

It's messy, the staff is not helpful, and it's always packed. The worst thing are the cardio machines that aren't stable and keep shaking while you work out.

Seriously the worst customer service as they increase my payment and never answer their phone as it’s always unavailable

The place is very beautiful but staff is no helpful one dark boy and one white girl has a bad attitude mostly the boy they should have to polite with customer but they are just kidding with people

While suburban Planet Fitnesses can be a dream, many of the Brooklyn locations I’ve visited feel like the neighborhood’s run down budget option. Things that break stay broken. For an eternity. I first noticed the broken water fountain here this summer. As February turns into March, it’s still broken in the exact same way it’s always been broken. Today a bunch of weight machines are missing basic things like the pin you slide into the stack of weights. The gym is crowded enough during “prime times” that you have to plan around them, so I guess there’s no motivation to make an effort. The counter staff I encounter are always cool, so I can only say that they’re not the problem. Maybe it’s just income inequality.

No space for working out and only a handful of dumbbells. I cannot use the heavy equipment and wish they had more of 5lbs and 8lbs. Never had a chance to get a pair to work with.

I toggle between two Planet Fitness locations.
I find the staff here very welcoming. Several bikes were out of order at the same time and some of the equipment feels as if an adjustment is needed. But all in all clean, functional and friendly. Just editing my review to ask for signs on the third floor about limiting cellphone conversation to the lobby.
Rude to be subjected to loud 30 minute FaceTime conversation!

Unprofessional staff, very rude All time when I here, it so horrible experience, and very dirty place. This happened all the time, not once’s!

Nice gym but its really hard to find available Smith Machine, who ever takes it, takes for all day, i am out of patient sometime.
Dear Planet Fitness Menager, please let the company know that you guys need couple more smith machines for Kings Highway location.

This gym is at a prime location and always clean. I’ve heard about the employees being young and rude, however, every time I’ve been there they have been nothing but polite and professional. Both my son and I are members and enjoy going to PF.

I over spend with my membership and get less for my money. Then you pay three times at the beginning of the year for what.

Pros: Good location, low price, a lot of new equipment, good staff, new hydromassage beds.

Cons: too small lockers, some equipment is in very bad condition (abdominal press stand), strange plan of the areas.

The worst service ever! Staff is very rude and unprofessional! They don’t pay attention to customers, talking on the phone and ignoring you!

The gym seems very good, what I do not like recently is that some of the machines do not work, and they have not been repaired for two weeks, the bathrooms remain dirty and the schedule is very bad

Men Locker room and restroom are dirty they don't clean them regularly. Broken Water Taps. This place is not very clean.
