Gym equipment & Machines are always broken, they claim they fix them but they literally never do, most of the staff don’t care or put in enough effort.

HVAC on the boy bathroom above the ceiling clogged with dust and the tiles wall are loaded with lint. Air duct must be clean once a year in a residential home and much more frequent on the commerical side.

Machines are very close together…. It’s is very cramped, bathroom/locker room is dirty, changing room have holes in ceiling, worst location I’ve been to. Staff was pleasant though.

It's got a great variety of machines, it isn't cramped at all, and everyone just minds their business so it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. The only problem I find is that all the most common machines are always in use and the weights are left scattered at times.

Now that more people are showing up everywhere, the bathroom needs attention, simple things like extra waste paper baskets could help here.

Decent gym. Not enough sanitization materials sometimes but the equipment works and the employees are nice.

Respectful young man that I’ve meet since being a member, he’s kind, very helpful
And he knows to talk and interact with members
Young men like him should be recognized
And commended

Alright— I am a happy member here for the cleanliness and kindness of the workers at this planet fitness. It’s 24/7, so accessible if there’s a will. The only concern I’d warn for is theft may happen without a lock, as warned. However, there’s well anticipated crowd times, and dry times. If you are a body builder, the dumbbells do not go past 75, there are only smith machines, and the resistance bands are not available. At the cost, it‘s most affordable.

Zero stars! Tried this place once again and wish I would've asked for a tour before signing up. They downgraded their treadmills and other epuipment to some cheap ones that are either out of order or the buttons just don't work right. Rowing machines always broken so I don't know how much work I put in. Missing pieces on the equipment. I could go on and on and on! Don't waste your money! If you sign up you'll have to pay a fee to cancel as well so don't even do it! And before you write back on this review to tell me to contact the "Planet Fitness Manager", that's your job not ours!

The environment is clean and all machinery works well. The staff is also very professional and friendly.

You get what you pay for, but there needs to be more air conditioning at certain times of the day/year. The rowing machines have been out of batteries several times, and the treadmills don't always work. Poor gym etiquette (i.e. Not cleaning mats or putting weights back) can also be expected since it's a budget gym.

What a difference a renovation makes: New (and more) machines! Improved interiors. New free-weights and barbells. New Black Card Spa. Glad that I came back to this location. Been a member 5 years. Keep it up, PF!

Employees are nice. Some machines are getting worn out and the locker rooms/bathrooms always smell funky but that’s normal I guess.

Front desk was rude, I’m a black card member. I asked for the message chair and they didn’t have it working due to construction. They seemed distracted talking to people at the front desk and didn’t even direct me on where to go.

Okay, a good value for the cheapness of dues.its 24/7 but those hours have worn down many machines.locker room is too small for the volume of people, the showers are poorly placed.
24/7 gyms must have additional motivated maintenance and custodial staff.no class, friendly but uninterested staff.pf needs a luxury brand of gyms.the have half the country as dues member business model will not last

Haven't been here in a while so I decided to go after work early saturday morning 5/5/18. There had signs posted about clipping locks which weren't clear. When I finished my workout, one of the workers had clipped my lock. Very disappointed and less reason to come again.

I have been to several Planet Fitness locations both in the city and around the country. This one is fine and clean and the people are nice, but the massage chairs aren't great and there is no hydromassage. There's also not a stretching bar.
HOWEVER, shoutout to Blue at the front desk, who is awesome and super helpful and knew which massage chair was sort of better than the others.

Such a wonderful gym the membership is so cheap and they even have tanning, massage chairs along with two levels of fully equipped with all the equipment to get the ultimate workout

Its good size machines are for the most part available. Locker room decent size showers can be a little more clean. 4 tanning booth and 2 body enhancement machines and none seems to work. Manager no where to be found.

Have been billing me over 100 dollars randomly. I even reported it and got a new credit card and they're still managing to bill me. I live an hour away from this location and no one is willing to help me over the phone not even the manager!
