My fav Planet Fitness on L. I! This gym is huge! High ceilings, a lot of cardio equipment, weight lifting machines
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t live near Melville, but I deliberately drive here for the great experience they provide

Good choice of equipment. I enjoy the 30 minutes work out area, even though people go randomly there and don't follow the order of equipments and step exercises. Massage chairs and beds for black card holders. I tried them and they were really nice.

Went New Years Day. Joe was working the front desk. He was super friendly and helpful with all the Black Card amenities. I usually go to Hicksville but the last few weeks they have had equipment problems. If this gym was just a little closer it would probably be my main club. Will go back.

Planet Fitness changes lives if that's what you are here for. I get what need from the Melville location on every visit. I'm there to workout and I feel awesome every time I leave.

The staff is always ready and able to answer questions and help when needed. I am thankful for Chas, Joe, Sam, and Jason at your Farmingdale NY location. They make coming to PF a pleasure and something to look forward to.

I love this gym great place to work out at the staff is friendly and they keep the sanitation stations full most of the time.this gym have lots of great machines and a great atmosphere. My criticism would be that the bathrooms could be cleaned more often and please but in some regular bench presses I don’t understand why this gym doesn’t have any it blows my mind

Friendly staff. The gym is very big and very clean. A great selection of machines. The gym is organized very well. The air temperature was great inside.

Mens room has NO soap, only a bottle of dish detergent since Sunday, as you can see from the photos the handicap stall is filthy, trash cans full and no one emptying them. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so LOOK at the pics of your club!

Every morning I get to the gym there’s no one at the front desk. I like to tan before I do my workout since no one is there I stand and wait. Most of the time the guy who works the front desk is running around cleaning n replacing supplies so I totally understand and once he sees me, he comes straight over and helps me. Today, I stood at the front desk for 15 min, no one showed up and no one is cleaning so which means the GIRL is working. Last time she left the front desk n had me waiting, as I see her running in with a 7 eleven bag of food. Shouldn’t there be a worker at the desk at all times? I walked in at 6: 18 today, now it’s 6: 45 and no worker in sight. I even checked the bathroom and NO ONE!

I love this location it is a friendly environment with a dedicated staff cleaning and assist each person 24/7. As black card member who workout a lot from various locations from Planet Fitness Franchises nationwide. I love to come to this location in Melville New York to workout peacefully and pumping the iron as crazy. As I am a former body builder athelete this place offer me a professional assortment of equipment, bumble's, cardio and squats machine to keep me busy for hours. I definitely recommend this place.

Well I sign up here because it’s close to my job. And second they open 24 hours but then Covid happened it’s only open Monday- Thursday 24 hours. My shift is 3- 11: 30 I go to planet fitness after work.my complain is the stuff never even greeted me or they not even friendly. They kind a annoyed that I’m there in late hours. Then. Now starting 4/5/2022 they close the fitness club everyday from 1am-2am because they have to clean the gym.that is the time I workout. I am hoping they are still open even they are cleaning it.not too many people go on that time so I don’t understand why they have to close it. They can clean the other gym equipment while nobody uses it.

Planet Fitness never misses a beat. This location was extra special for me since am moving to this area very soon. The place was super clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The crowd was nice and focused with their workouts which is what I loved the most. Made some friends as well and can't wait to exercise with them.

Everytime I go work out, I have an extremely negative encounter with the female employee who works night shifts. Everytime I walk in she rolls her eyes and says things about me to the other coworkers. I asked for a mask and she denied me it many times. One time I asked the other employee for a mask and she looks at her and says don’t give her one. And all I see her do is flirt with all the boys that go to that gym and give them masks. I’ve noticed she’s done this with all female customers at the gym. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE OF HER TO DO THIS TO ALL YOUR FEMALE CUSTOMERS! Other than her, the gym is always maintained well and I have a great workout there.

Best Gym for the money. $10 a month, Open 24 hours, Plenty of Equipment, Tons on locations!
