Planet Fitness, White Plains NY

Great location. The gym and the bathroom was very clean. The machines are new and updated. The treadmill is placed in front of the high ceiling windows. I really appreciate when the planet fitness have window views and not located in a basement:)

Overcharging you Bad service. If you have a problem, nobody knows how to fix it. They charge you annual fee 2 month in Especially in White Plains. Not cleaning

Because my development has a gym, I use PF solely for the tanning booth. Paying for Parking is the only inconvenience.

Very clean and well maintained facility. Great space for a workout with natural light and high ceilings.

The gym is great but I wished they had a weight scale and machine that calculates your body fat etc.

Personally I loved the layout and the fact the machines had fans on them, it helped out during the workout more then I would have thought. I would go more often if I lived closer to that location.

Love the place and atmosphere. All friendly people and staff. Easy access to equipment. Very clean

If you don't like your job please quit! I just signed up for membership because I have AARP Medicare due to LEUKEMIA. Im young so people judge me because of this. Anyways I was met with the most rude, insufferable woman I've met, and that's saying alot for NY. Black girl, nasty attitude. Barking at me, impatient, unhelpful, muttering under her breath that she hates doing these (Medicare signups). When she was done, turned her back and proceeded to complain to her coworker about something other grievance she had with someone else.

I'm absolutely tired of dealing with miserable people that hate doing their jobs. Keep the eye rolling and attitude in the street.

I'm so happy I'm leaving NY and the east coast permanently on Feb 1.

As far the gym goes, no squat racks but lotrs of treadmills and a cool trx set up. I've worked out here before. The guys that work the front desk are MUCH NICER, super chill and friendly.

Go in the morning or evening. Avoid this hostile "woman"

Worse customer service ever. I called to find out about two late fees that appear on my account and I was told there nothing it can be done except for canceling my account. Make sure to check your account for extra charges.

Worst planet fitness by far. Very small, old machines (half don’t even work) all in very odd places. Nothing makes sense at all. Very crowded. Staff is friendly however

Standard, always pretty busy and the free weights are hard to get use of because there's not enough. Should definitely add more free weight space.

I love coming here, it feels like a home away from home. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating to me as someone with a vocal disability. The facility is also very clean and modern. My favorite machine to use is the Total Body Machine. It has transformed my skin condition of eczema which was actually pretty shocking to me since I have tried everything to control it over the years. I highly recommend the White Plains, NY location for many reasons but mostly because everyone is welcome here. The staff greets you with a true smile and conversation and as always there is never any judgment ; even for those of us that may not fit the norm. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, which has been invaluable for my health progress and journey. A+ location and staff.

People that works at Planet Fitness are very friendly, they motivate you to keep going to the gym, they don't judge you instead they celebrate everytime that you go there

This is by far the worst planet fitness I’ve ever been to. Equipment is in shambles. Very crowded all the time. Massage chairs and beds in awkward places. I regret ever signing up. Planet fitness is okay, but this specific one is TERRIBLE.
