This space isn't what I expected. Dismal Lighting which gives a dingy feel to the space. Not one employee cleaned any machine on any of the two levels I used/visited. Leaves me plenty of concern post pandemic. At least it wasn't at it's most crowded time or I might have went into a panic.

Sanitizer, paper towels? Are always plentiful to wipe down equipment& the air-conditioning is adequate for breathing thanks Mr. Barnes#HEALTH

This gym needs ventilation. It’s so stuffy in there.

Maybe change out the glass panels and install WINDOWS on each floor and open them since you won’t turn on the AC.

This quickly became one of my favorite gyms. I love how spacious it is and how friendly the staff is. It makes me want to work out longer!

Summer is coming. Are you going to fix the A/C, or are you just going to let it be broken for three months as every year before?

The AC is broken and it’s like a steam room upper/lower level. Every time I asked the front desk, they said they’ve called the contractor, but it has been two summers! Many guys take off their shirts. It’s 90 degrees out there!
FU if you ask me to reach out to the manager again.

Sadly, no more 24 hours. I suscribed myselft to this gym just cuz it was 24 hours? Also the new workers are really rudes specially two ladies at night, they believe, they own the Gym. Always in the phone and when they tell you something they are so rude. I'm enjoy planet fitness for so long and it is sadly how everything changes. I thought it was for good.

I have been coming to this gym on and off for years now.most recently yea there are issues I view as minor but these days it seems as the new manager has made the place uncomfortable. I rather a hot summer than a cold winter because I'm anemic I cannot get comfortable in my work out because it's freezing when I come in everyone is working out in sweaters. And the disinfectant spray looks like water idk. I'm annoyed atp

The manager Brenda is so lovely and was very patient with me especially when creating membership and showing me around the gym. The location is very clean and the staff was on point.

Definitely works to get a good workout. NO FREE WEIGHTS EXCEPT DUMBBELLS, but the amount and diversity kinda makes up for it

I love it here it’s has so much space and it’s a great place to workout and feel comfortable but I would like more stairs masters.

Unfortunately had to cancel my membership because of the new manager.

I’ve heard the new manager talking trash about customers, pointing and laughing at them with her new employees, who seem like her best friends weirdly enough. I won’t even mention the attitude she gives when asked anything.

All the old employees are gone, isn’t that suspicious?

The gym feels horrible now. It might be slightly cleaner but they gatekeep the amenities we pay for and everyone just feels more tense.

Very excited to start at Blink once I can no longer go at night to avoid the new manager, whoever hired this reject from the McDonald’s management team needs to reflect on their decisions

To me 1 of the best workout gyms around. The crowd don't play here. They came to workout not watch. It's spacious the equipment is tight.so much to do n all the time to do so.enjoy

I like working out in the morning before going to work, and the trains going there are reliable. Also, the gym is clean and not crowded early in the morning.

They put 0 effort into maintaining the place.

Right now there are buckets on the top floor collecting rain water, a light is broken and flickering, a whole section of floor is raised with caution signs around it, the water fountains spout out hot water every other day, the air conditioning has been broken at least 20x this year, all of the outlets are broken, half the paper towel dispensers are broken and half the clips for the machines upstairs are lost. They could fix all this stuff in like a day but I think they just don’t want to spend on it. Makes you wonder where our membership money is going.

Love this gym. Love all of their equipments. This gym have the most up to date machines comparing to some others. They are so organized and the atmosphere is very comfortable, the only problem is that the music is not loud enough.

I love planet fitness. But this location is disgusting. The have water leaks everywhere. The “manager” is dam disrespectful. And it’s too quiet. They don’t put music because “that’s how they like it” so it just looks depressing. I wouldn’t want to train here.

If anyone has issues I recommend you go straight to the district manager. They have her cards at the desk. Because the location manager is worthless and will not help at all.

New equipment and effort at keeping the resistance machine area clean but many members do not keep face masks fully covering nose and mouth

I just joined today. I chose the no commitment option. The price is very reasonable - annual fee of $39, $10 to join, then $15 a month. There are plenty of machines. The showers are ok, and there is a blow dryer in the locker room.
