It's a great place to do what you've got to do. The only thing I don't like is that many people leave the weights anywhere, but the place is clean most of the time, it's not packed all the time, music is not too loud and is varied, the staff is young and willing to help anytime. I am happy with my experience overall.

The machines alwys broke wat we paying for broke machine and take months to fix and congested

Recently I came to this Planet Fitness to enroll. Thanks to Jessica, I was given a great deal of information so I could decide which program to sign up for. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to her I signed up for the PF Black Card. She is a keeper! After that I met the manager, Lissette. What a pleasure to meet her. I can see what a great job she does here.
Looking forward to coming to workout this week.

The gym has very few machines and the few that there are are bad
Dirty facilities, I do not recommend it

I go to Roosevelt ave and the air circulation of this gym is really bad. It is crammed in a small place without enough space downstairs.

Horrible pay 24 a month down on the floor all the machines are useless people don't share the weights impossible to train

Def the most crowded PF i've been too and o e tried going here at different hour and days and it's hard to keep a weight training routine. I understand we are connected to our cellphones but a lot of the people here spend more time on cell phone while on machine than doing the reps they need.

Front staff is disrespectful to clients. The girl in the front just told me they don’t need customers like me. I’ve been a part of this gym for over 5 years.

If you don’t want to do your job just say it. She didn’t need to yell at me.

Horrible the people think there in their living room once there on a machine they talk on phone watch videos never give anyone an chance

Unfortunately I been a guest at this gym for a while and also had to experience the entitled behavior of the new manager Lissete.lacks in professional and compassionate skills refuse to go to this planet fitness. Just save your self and go to another one.

Nasty. Always run out of wipes with all the sanitize stations. Staff didn’t even care when I mentioned.

I read some of the reviews about the manager abusive behavior against a member earlier July, I was around when that happened and totally support the other members that also posted on the reviews, I witnessed the agressive behavior where the manager Lisette Rodriguez demanded the member to talk to her, when the member told her that he couldn't, she even threatening the guy to do something against him and also cancel his membership as well if he doesn't follow her demands, that toxic, unprofessional and nasty behavior of this manager must alarm other. Earlier this year In May, my sister had also af issued with her regardinga membership, I witnessed the same agressive behavior, she feels untatled to force people to do what she wants, after this violent incident my sister canceled her membership, after I finally read how brave people are to speak out, I also decided to cancel it too. I know the front desk and maintace people are unhappy with her, the cleaning guy named Danny couldn't work with Lisette because of her toxic behavior left the job after only two weeks of work. My other friend Kevin, and Leo, two front desk associate also quitob because of her. Civil rights seem violated by this manager, I now they will reply saying to contact them, but we all know that they don't care, they just respond that but donot anything about it.

Good equipment, but wished there were more weights. It was pretty crowded at noon, so I was often waiting for things to be open/available.

The worst fitness planet in the USA, they opened my locker and stole $240 from my wallet and did not respond for the money.apart from that it is very small and too many people train very few dumbbells and machines so they are always busy never go to the worst gym experience in my life
