Planet Fitness, Rotterdam NY

Not sure how I feel about this company. I called and got questions answered and when I went in it was not what I was told. I guess the next couple of months will let me know if they can be true to their word.

Been a member of this gym for many years. Staff are friendly the locker rooms are clean, and you can just go in and do your routine and leave. I would usually go between 9: 00 a.m. And 11 and I was able to get on all of the equipment.

I went for a core class with rhe new trainer Dante. Dante was awesome really knowledgeable and motivated me to stay on track and i hate core days! Kudos to him and the staff at rotterdam planet fitness. Most definitely highly recommended. Plus he practices what he preaches

PF gives me everything I need Open 24hrs during week benefits me Plenty of Equipment and the place is clean The place needs more music but I still give 5 Stars

Feel at peace when I am here like I'm working out in my own home. Great atmosphere and environment

P-fits in the area are upgrading to new equipment and this one is behind. Besides that the showers could use a higher cleaning frequency and they could be larger. Besides that it's definitely a P-fit. It's effective at what it is.

Having to cancel my membership is borderline impossible. I've been through a several month long process now. I went through the appropriate procedure of sending a certified letter to the store, since I have moved a significant distance away. Receipt was confirmed by the post office, however, they pretend they never got it and still continue billing me. I've called several times and cant seem to reach someone of any competency. Avoid at all costs.

This is a nice planet fitness. The locker rooms are normally clean, the showers have been as well. The equipment is definitely dated, as there are quite a few machines, but not all of them have been updated. Though it is a large location, it tends to be busy very often, and when it gets packed it is harder to use the free weights and many of the machines. Some of the busiest times are at 7-8pm.

This is a poor excuse for a planet fitness, Why is it that the staff at this specific location is discriminatory and not accommodating against people with disabilities? Rotterdam planet fitness is small and a little outdated. When we were there they only had one person working in the whole place. So no one was there to give us a tour of the place. The girl working the counter told us to give us our selfs a walking tour. So not to sure this would be a good fit for us.

Good gym, Polite staff. Doesnt have everything but it has what you need to build the body you want.

They change night staff too much, the last crew was better at cleaning and maintaining the place, but the new guys are super nice and helpful. Another plus is they have allot of equipment

Good Place have a great Variety of Free weights and Dumbells on the rack and the Universal Machines are well maintained

Great experiences each time I go. I've been going everyday lately, and really enjoying getting to know the employees. Fantastic people, smart, kind, and eager to assist. This guy is always super clean, and in great working order. Big thanks for the employees for providing me with a fantastic experience.

Set up good really good atmosphere.lots of different rooms and there's a upstairs you can always find your own space. The staff does a good job cleaning up the place they always have the vacuum going. The only complaint is the weekend hours I wish they would go to never closing open 24/7.

Some locations are better like Troy and Clifton Park. The people at those locations are very friendly

I've never had a bad experience here. This Planet Fitness location has always given me the "judgment-free zone" treatment, no matter how I looked going in there.heavier or slimmer. My experiences have been consistently positive and encouraging. I'd recommend this location.

It's a great place for people who are looking to use exercise machines but for someone who likes to lift weights it leaves much to be desired

Great gym for beginners and intermediate level fitness lovers. If you're looking for an advanced level workout, this is not the place for you.

A good mix of equipment with an attentive staff. Cleaner than most facilities that cost double or triple.
