I ordered 20 piece chicken wings a 2 mega Pepsi and the driver said he didn’t have the mega pepsi

Hot BBQ wings- Lots of sauce, they had some heat to them.
Smoked BBQ rub- Wings were dry. Rub tasted okay.
I was given a good portion of curly fries.
Philly Cheesesteak I would order again. It was pretty good if you can't go to Philly for the real deal this will hit the spot.
Staff was super friendly.

I love this place I am from north Carolina food is great the wings are the best I go out of my way to eat here when I am in town if u like great wings u should try it and good service also

Wings were good but the best was the service! Young man gave me a 2 liter soda with my food! It was an unexpected act of kindness. I will definitely be back.

The service here is horrible, I called Planet Wings to place, when someone answered the phone, they have me on hold for about in hour. I drove to the place one guy is standing by the cash register an other one standing by the soda machine drinking a soda. I asked them why do you have me waiting on hold for hour to order wings, while you guys just standing around. They guy who is drinking the soda, started arguing with me. I will never go back. The service is soooooo bad.

The customer service sucks. They turn off the grill 30-45 mins before closing and don’t deliver within an hour of closing time so they can get home faster.

A few days ago I ordered chicken tenders. Have to say they were horrible. They was white as a piece of paper. Never order that. You are asvised.

Chicken wings literally didn't have any meat on them. They were dry, over cooked and cold. I licked the barbeque sauce off the bone and it was tasty. The curly fries were fresh n hot. When we returned the wings the wait staff was unsympathetic. They said 'everyone else loves them' We couldn't eat them. After spending $18.00 for two we left planet wings to go find something to eat! Now I understand why the parking lot is always empty.

Calling Service is very poor when i called the person had on attitude and was disrespectful
Never ordering by phone anymore.
But the food was good

The food is good but the management is horiable. They really need to get some new staff members in the spring valley location in New York. The staff do not care to be polite and will constantly get your order wrong.

Super small wings and over cooked. I tried a couple really hot flavors and they weren’t spicy at all. Not worth the money for the size

Very awful, the young lady that takes the order is rude and unprofessional. The food is not tasteful and portion enough for the staff to be so rude, the food portion is small for the price. The young guy there Dejun was more professional and business oriented.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. They are not how they uste to be.

I just got my order and everything was all over the bottom of the bag not a good place they don't know how to handle food. I do not recommend this place.

Wings are very good. They cook them how you ask (ie: very well done). They deliver, but they charge $1.50. Food is always good. The specialty sauces that are supposed to be hot aren't. If you want really hot (spicy,) you have to stick with the regular kind of wing sauce (hot, nuclear, etc). The Jamaican jerk, hot BBQ, etc are really pretty mild.

The food is mediocre and they are over priced for the portions you get. I have a local wing spot that blows the doors off of this place and I can get a 25 wing order for 10 bucks. And the wings are much bigger than Wing Stop.

I've always seen my friends get SO many friends but i barely got any the last time i ordered. I got 1/4 of what my friends had.

Placed an order online and they took my money and when i called them, about my order they said they never received an online order from me but they took the money off my account.had to call my bank to get my money back.worst customer service.

Terrible Costumer service from today January 26 pf 2016, the white guy was talking nasty to his coworkers, front of us, i come very often but today was really a bad experience, im not hungry anymore
