Planned Parenthood - Mount Vernon Center reviews
8Connie and Eleanor are the best! By the way, is the number for this place still working? I tried calling here and it says the number is out of service.
Who is in charge of this office? They are never open on time and close really early the staff need to be changed
I love the doctor Eleanor, while the front staff people may change, she remains. It’s usually a hit or miss with the attitude you get from the staff but the doctor is quick, funny, and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable ever. I’ll only come back to see her.
Worst place ever! The doctor don’t listen to your issue and try to help instead she says don’t worry about it! Customer service hangs up phone on customers with help whatsoever…… I’m gonna sue them! Prescribe medication that makes the situation worst and no outcome.
The worst clinic I came today for my appointment and it was closed. I missed the day coming here because I live in the city.
I had a pleasant experience coming here on a Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately, the office was understaffed at the time and the receptionist had to take on several roles as greeter, giving me a questionnaire and doing my blood work. I greatly appreciated her thoroughness, and though she was feeling overwhelmed I was thankful for her efficiency and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. My physician, Elanor Schoomer made me feel listened to without judgement and was kind. I would go back with no hesitation. I was fortunate to be in and out of the office within an hour. For patients who come here please show a little extra compassion and patience for these health care staff who work at these clinics. A smile and thank you goes a long way.
I called to make an appointment as a first time patient. After waiting for over half hour, the person answering my call was very rude, inpatient and had little to no information to any questions asked about treatment options offered by the establishment. To every question, the answer he had was “You tell me. ” in a rude tone. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
You would think a facility would train their workers to be nicer and more comforting for women coming here for all types of things. The Hispanic receptionist needs to calm down a bit. I gave her respect even when she spoke to me disrespectfully but I managed to get a smile from her at the end. All we need is a little respect and compassion. Thank you.
