Planned Parenthood - Patchogue Center

The old reviews are definitely for the old staff that used to be there because my experience every time I come to the patchogue location is always amazing. The ladies there are so nice and accommodating. I don’t have to wait long to be seen either. Danielle O.at the front desk was phenomenal. From the time I walked in she was polite and checked me in quickly. The assistant Yuri F.was just as phenomenal. Got me in to my room and was very nice and patient with me. Then the NP Ashley P.was awesome! So nice and talked me through everything. Answered all my questions and made sure I was ok throughout my appointment. I made sure I took down all their names. They made me feel real good. I commend these ladies. I could see their smiles through their mask. You can tell they really care about their patients and love what they do. I just wish people who have had good experiences would post more often so that these people can get the recognition they deserve. Also shout out to the call center. Every time I call they are polite and eloquent. When I need to speak with a nurse they call me back in less than 24 hours and they are just a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely visit this location again and again and again!
