Plaza Body Shop, Brooklyn NY

Plaza body shop have an amazing team from my first encounter with June, who was already outside waiting for me to arrive with my car (My tires were stolen). They stayed in contact with my father and I every step of the way as far what the damages were and the cost. On the day I arrived to pick up my car everyone was so hands on with making sure I was being taken care ofJune, Ashley, Kenny, Robert, Equagsia and the manager David are a GREAT TEAM.

I've read a few of the reviews and I'm shocked by people's experiences.my car was in a wreck and originally at a different location. Dave, who is one of the managers helped me get my car from the old shop to his shop. When they did he informed me that the other shop may have been acting in bad faith. (overcharging and underperforming) I have newer Model Kia. When I got my car back, that baby looked like it came off the lot. As far as staff, I was contacted by a few staff members. All in which were highly professional, informative and displayed intergity. As a man I stand behind my word, so does Dave and his team. If he says "don't worry He'll take care of it" he means it. Plus the gave me honda accord as a loaner. Best loaner I ever drove.

Extremely disingenuous service. Quoted me 4k for parts and labor. They later readjusted the insurance quote to hike up the total cost to 8k. But when I looked at the final bill only 4k worth of parts and labor were accounted for. The other 4k was attributed to a bogus charge of “sublet”.
Furthermore, I did not even get the parts back. I had made a written request to get all of the parts back. As per the law, I should have gotten them back.
This shop is run by a bunch of crooks who are there to squeeze every penny out of you so they can get a tiny bump in their commission.
Also, avoid David Villanueva at this place! Apparently, he was promoted to a manager position. Works for them as he is the biggest swindler there.

Pete found out about my car tires being stolen through IG and assisted with getting my MDX to the body shop. Ashley also was such a big help.thankful for everyone

Good service overall. I just really got to rave about the service from Ashley A from the bodywork shop. She was my support through the whole process. She went above and beyond ensure we had a great experience and got everything we need. Appreciate it so much.

They “tried” to fix my car THREE times and yet the damage just got worse and worse. The staff's dismissive attitude towards my concerns only added to my frustration.

High quality work, they will handle all the hassle with the insurance company (or give you a good deal if you're paying out of pocket) and make sure your car comes out looking literally better than before the accident (including even cleaning/detailing of the interior). Kenny and the team know their stuff.

I had the greatest experience. Kenny and Ashley are the best.
My car was an accident. The right side, front hood and headlights were damage.
At first, I was upset until I met the staff at Honda plaza. I was taken care of very well. I’m a DJ and Ashley took care of me very well. During the time of the repairs, she gave me a awesome loaner vehicle. I was able to continue my work as a DJ. She accommodate me very well. Kenny did the detailing on my car. It looks brand new. I am not a car fanatic but my ride looks very good.
I would highly recommend everybody to use Honda Plaza body shop.

Today I took my car to Plaza Body Shop in Brooklyn to get serviced and I was totally blown away by Mr. Dexter Ramcharan professionalism and knowledge of his work. He treated me as a lady with respect and explained to me exactly what he was doing with my vehicle. I would reccomend my friends and family to Mr Ramcharan anytime.

The gentlemen that I met were very respectful and also helpful with the information that i kind of didn’t understand and was very generous to me and my daughter. I came in a day I honestly didn’t know not to, but still let grab my personal belongings out of my vehicle to which they could have literally turned me away and told me I would have to come back Monday and for that I thank you.
