PLEASERS APPLIANCE- Buyer beware. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products even when a warranty is purchased. They have no problem taking customers money and returning calls for payments but once paid service is awful. They mislead the warranty coverage and when you try to call they pass you around or never call you back with answers. Stay away!

Prior to going to the brick and mortar showroom I spoke to Eugene on the phone. He was gracious, accomodating, and answered all my questions (not knowing if I was going to purchase from Plesser or not). Due to his bedside manner, my husband and I went to the store, where we meet Lindsey. Well, meeting Lindsey was a match made in heaven. She showed me several refrigerators and explained in detail all the exciting features. She was very patient and courtesy. Consequently, we purchased our new refrigerator and Lindsey went beyond the call of duty to ensure our new fridge would arrive ASAP. Lindsey and Eugene you ROCK.before we left the store, we were looking at a possible future purchase. Thanks so very much!

We recently bought an LG washer & dryer from Plesser’s, and the entire shopping experience was excellent. Emily was outstanding in assisting us with this purchase. She quickly assessed and understood our situation, and with her knowledge and expertise presented several options. Emily had the utmost patience and went above and beyond with the customer service provided. Delivery of appliances was prompt and handled with much care. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Plesser’s.

Our first time at Plessers! Checked the price online beforehand and their price beat all of our other inquiries by a lot. We met with Mario Perez our salesman. He took his time getting our order together, patient with our questions, not all business. Gave us discounts where he could and promised to try and rush the order if possible because our refrigerator died that day. We are in our 70’s and have shopped for appliances many times in big box stores over the years. This experience will bring us back again to Plessers and Mario in the future for sure. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. We also had an amazing experience with Nyra in their customer service department with a small issue after our delivery. Thank-you Plessers!

I live in Florida but took a chance based on reviews and Mario helped me see why they’re so good! I just saved $800 from the order I cancelled from Home Depot with better warranties. Add the $800 in rebates, the earlier delivery dates, the customer service and I’ll be buying from them forever!

I hardly ever leave reviews but man did these guys nail it. I called in because I didn’t know the company that well and Michael was so quick and friendly to get me a dryer that has been hard to find and at a great price it was so refreshing to have someone be friendly and helpful.
