I had the best experience at Getplump! I have always wanted to get lip filler, I wanted to start off slow and get a natural plump and I loved Priya’s work and results online so I booked with her and I could not be happier! She is talented and talked me through each step, what to expect, and what she recommends. She made sure I was comfortable, numb, and she had a gentle hand. I am grateful to her and getplump! Great customer service. Place is very clean and modern. Dr. B took the time to explain and answer questions. I felt very comfortable. Dr. B is honest and will tell you what you dont need. I believe he built his business abd reputation based on his excellent skills emphasizing on customer service and transparency. I highly recommend Plump.

Will not be going back here. Botox underarm did not work after paying close to $1400 for it. Plump refused to rectify the matter and tried offering me $200 on my next treatment…so basically trying to force me to get something else done here. Not happening and not going back! Waste of money

I went this week to the uptown location to get injections done. The procedure wasn’t really painful (Even that I hate needles lol).

But unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with Plump.

When I was in the session, Priya took photos of my whole face before and after, then she showed me them to see the results. But she never mentioned that she will use the photos For marketing in his Instagram and plump’s Instagram.

I got in contact with them and asked to delete the photos. Plump deleted it right away but Priya didn’t.

Part of the reason for me getting work down with them was because I didn’t like my appearance and it made feel anxious and depressed.

I told them how upsetting it was for me and asked them a partial refund as I’ve been use as marketing. I was told that they will not offer me a refund of any sort and they send me the consent that I signed in a tablet saying that they can use my image.

It was pretty upsetting that they didn’t offer me any sort of refund because besides of how bad this experience was for me, they used to offer 10% even 30% for using your image in social media. Now it seems that they are just waiting for people that don’t read the form to sign it (I thought it was just a medical form and English is my second language) and then they just use it.

I will not coming back here. They lack of privacy and respect. They take advantage of the clients and they have a cheap mentality.

My experience with Priya was delightful. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She ensured I was thoroughly informed prior to the procedure and answered any question I had. I appreciate her knowledge and helping me choose the best option suited for me. I love my lips:)

Priya's hands are a GIFT from above! Her technique is absolutely amazing and so gentle! My session with her was basically painless. She is extremely informative and skilled when evaluating your face. She made me feel so comfortable discussing all of my problem areas. She listens and offers suggestions to accommodate your needs and wants without any pressure! She customized a plan for me and we discussed possibly treatments for the future. I ended up joining the membership program which offers discounts and complimentary services including injectables during your annual term. I just got home and already I am in love with my results! THANK YOU PRIYA! Plump's concept is great and the entire staff was fun and pleasant! Can't wait to return with my boyfriend. Yes our guys will love it too!

I was a bit apprehensive about starting my Botox journey but Pamela made me feel so at ease and now I can't imagine ever going back. The results are exactly what I hope for every single time and Pamela always goes over and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and cared for. Seriously A+ white glove service.
I am so sad she left the NYC area but excited for her new venture opening up Plump Miami! I will even travel to MIA for a refresh if it means I can see Pamela.:)

I’m glad to see my doctor (Blinski) again. He does an amazing job, he takes care on you giving the time you need, he is really professional, the place is amazing too, so cleaned and organized, the staff at the front desk are very friendly, I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend this place.

I went to Plump and had my lips injected as well as Botox by Priya. It was a great experience! Love the way my lips look. Met Dr. B as well who was also awesome! I felt very comfortable. I loved my experience here and can’t wait to go back.
