Whats the point of making an appointment if your still gonna take all the walk-ins before those who reserved a time slot and than make us wait 30 - 40 min after our scheduled appt.

Since 2019, we have had unfortunate mishaps. With 3 kids, things happens, they're kids testing their limits, right?

I was very shocked to see the negative reviews. Yes, at times, the people in the front don't have much a personality, BUT u can't blame them. Things happen & as us humans, we should be more understanding and stop taking things personally.

In the last 5 months, my son hasn't had much luck. He fractured his toes, then knees & then pink eye. Never ending

What's more important are physicians. They knew how to speak to my kids, distract them & make them feel comfortable. They take their time, and honestly, I prefer coming here than to their pediatrician.

Never felt my kids were being over or under diagnosed.
Thank you & thank you for caring for my kids. You're doing a great job & I appreciate you.

Everyone is so rude. The doctor doesn't even have any patient to listen my 8 years old for how he feels.

My daughter had an earache on Sunday late afternoon. They are open until Midnight. I was able to make the appointments, see the doctor without waiting and got medications as pharmacy was closed. Great experience!

Had an exceptional experience this weekend with Dr. Alla Shenkman. Brought in my 8 yr old non-verbal special needs son Saturday night and was not expecting to walk out happy because the staff leaves much to be desired. But was blown away with Dr. Shenkmans patience, knowledge and care; she even made a follow up call. Amazing physician.

They were rude, nasty, and said they’d only take an emergency. When I have a painful ear infection and they said they will only take people that are unable to breathe. Would never recommend. They don’t care.

Parents, if your kid is having a fever, please REQUEST PM pediatric to do FLU tests in addition to COVID test! PM pediatric is not up to the new seasonality of Flu have changed to.

I used to frequent PM pediatric and the examinations were always thorough. I am not sure what happened to PM pediatric after the pandemic. I doubt we'd come back.

My son was having fever for nearly two days before we brought him to PM Pediatric. The check-up was rushed and they only did PCR test for COVID and no other tests. However, the seasonality of flu have changed and it is very possible to have flu in summer. Because PM pediatric is not keeping up with it, they totally missed flu tests. My son kept on getting worse and the next day we brought him to see somewhere else and confirmed type A flu but it was too late to use Tamiflu as it is only effective within first 48 hours - had PM pediatric done a flu test, then my son could have used tamiflu and did not necessarily have to suffer extended days of fever.

Yes it is an usual season to have flu but come on it is your job to update your knowledge base and stay on top of the practice to look out for your patients- if you walk on NYC streets and run into an urgent care or a random COVID test booth, there are always flu A/B tests along with COVID. It is also common in other pediatric clinics to test flu in this seasons too!

So disappointed! After waiting 45 min in the car for our turn (oy 2 people ahead when I checked in) finally left after being told it could be another 45-60 min. My sick child fell asleep and was burning up in the car, They don't really care, this was despite my pediatrician calling. Won't be going back Sad to see the healthcare our children (don't) receive

This place is going down day by day. I have been bringing my kid here since 2016. I always had a good experience, no long waits no appointments and still be seen by the doctor in 10 to 15 minutes. I don’t know what happen to this place. The staff are unprofessional and rude and the doctors arent kind and gentle at all. I'm never my kids here again, this by fat has been the worst experience ever.

Wonderful experience at PM Pediatrics in Syosset with my 15 month old who was having difficulty breathing. The doctor was very thorough and kind and took excellent care of him.

Never an issue at this facility. Welcoming staff, very reasonable wait times and professional doctors are the standard.

I brought in my very very upset shaking 3-year-old into PM pediatrics. She busted her eye open, bleeding, and was very scared. The receptionist told me that she would have to wear a mask or they weren't going to see her. I asked my daughter if I could put a mask on her and she said NO, since she was petrified and shaken up. Being 3 years old and hyperventilating, covering a baby's face isn't the smartest thing to do. Then the doctor and
another man proceeded to come out to the front and repeatedly say unless she wears a mask we're not seeing her.during this time my 3-year-old is holding her grandma shaking while watching blood run down her eye. They looked at my
petrified 3-year-old baby and vdidn't bat an eye. This practice would have rather smothered my daughter with a fabric mask while hyperventilating, then show some compassion for a three year old who doesn't know what covid is and is just scared to death. I wouldn't let this practice take care of my worst enemy. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I've never been so disgusted in my entire life. I've never seen such lack of compassion for a scared child. This is not the only time.youll be hearing from me.

If a child is rushed into your location and is unable to wear a mask due to an injury and emotional trauma, you turn her away? This does not seem to match your paths as doctors nor does it seem to respect American Disabilities Act. Shame on the staff.

I went there for COVID testing of daughter. Their service is fast. The best part is that I could sign up and then wait in my car instead of siting in their waiting area.
Please note they only take adults for testing who comes along with their kids.

I took my daughter in for a UTI. I was told I would be called 48 hours later with the results. No one called, so I called and was told it was negative or someone would have called me. I insisted the receptionist check and she said they would call back. No one called back. I called an hour later. I was told they had called and it was busy. I was told they actually did not have results and I should continue my daughter's antibiotic. I asked a few questions, which caused the receptionist to say I did not seem to understand her and to start repeating herself loudly and slowly. I was put on hold for seemingly no reason several times. I insisted on speaking to a provider, who told me they actually did have a preliminary positive result, but they don't usually tell people until it is a final result.

I will never go back.

Been here twice in the last two days for two different kids. Both times everything was fast and they do go above and beyond. Everyone knows what they're doing and are very professional.

My 8-month old daughter had a severe allergic reaction tonight. After vomiting violently, I was driving home with her and realized that her eyes were swollen shut. My pediatrician suggested we go to PM Pediatrics, and I’m so glad he did. They took us in immediately, noticed how much I was panicking so the nurse explained to me exactly what she was administering and how it would help, and they kept us for two hours for monitoring. The doctor (I believe her name was Dr. Khan) answered all my questions, even the ridiculous ones, and the nurses offered myself and my father drinks and snacks while we were there. They kept checking in on the baby, and gave us specific instructions for when we went home, but also went above and beyond by making me feel validated for panicking, and were so gentle with my child. I hope I never have to go back, but I’m so glad that these women were there to help!
